But another -and easier- way of finding abusive rewievs is seeing the rewievs from the turd of the week. These are popular and hated submissions, so you'll get a lot of abusive rewievs to flag. And the best thing is that the turd of the week is updated every week!!

In all honesty, it is almost impossible to get to gold or deity. Those whistles' requirements are determined by the highest whistle-holder (ramagi), similarly to how the level 30 user determines level requirements past 9. Only one person has a gold whistle currently, and only one has the deity. So, realistically, be happy with silver, it's the best you'll get!
(doesn't mean you shouldn't TRY to go higher, though!) ^_^
