TOTW's are the goldmines for abusive reviews on Newgrounds and you will find the most there. I would know as I have responded to each of them that I submitted ;-)

There's so much here that I never even reached the end!
I did And the guy broke the following rules with his reviews. the one were you are not suppose to insult the author, the one were you are not suppose to leave tons of crappy reviews. he broke more of the rules as well This guy is in need of a seroius review ban and all this reviews should be removed
A grand total of three of those are from this year. The rest are three years old. Pay attention to when reviews were made. I don't ban people for something they wrote years ago.
The three from this year aren't overly abusive, though he walks a fine line.

I wouldn't bother marking other people's reviews for Barney Bunch submissions. For the most part those all get removed anyways.

I finally found someone that is finally bannable on page 7 unfortunatly things like " OMFG I LOVE THE BARRNEY BUNCH YAYA" isnt abusive
