Wow, that was intense.
I must say, I had have never seen that much stolen artwork in a flash movie, and damn, that's a new low.
Too bad you didnt ''kill'' anything at all, and It's not by making poor flash movies that you will ever do.

I did not break rule one; I stayed on topic and did not insult the creator.
I did not break rule two; I didnt post tons and tons of reviews to get high ranks.
I did not break rule three; I didnt promote anything
I did not break rule four; I didnt flood the review space
I did not break rule five; I didnt say it should be blammed
I did not break rule six; I didnt answer to a fellow review
I did not break rule seven; I didnt say that the entry was stolen, merely some of the material inside, but didnt call for the whistles
I did not break rule eight; I didnt argue about front page.
This guy is a complete idiot, a lot of his reviews are "liliumliliumlilium" and "I hate u"

I read your review and there is one thing wrong with it. though you didn't insult the author you did insult the Star syndicate and by doing that you did go off topic for a moment plus you are suppose to use your review to tell how the author can improve his/her work if you give a low score like that it saids it right in the rules you claim you were not breaking

I was actually quoting the guy.
If you watch the intro, there is a SS logo and then the guy says it ''fucking sucks'', and so I responded to this ''argument''.

Rule 1: Stay on the topic of the submission and do not make personal remarks or insults towards the author. This is a big offense. Telling artists "You suck!", "You should go kill yourself!", "You are gay!", etc. will get you banned and you may lose your account. Without our contributors Newgrounds wouldn't be what it is, so we take seriously any insults directed at them by reviewers.

And with the main review of your body you're just saying about how poor the movie is a few times and you're not given any reason as to why, the reviews of no benefit to the author.

Don't accuse the author of stealing. Even if the flash itself isn't stolen, you shouldn't do that. Many people may interprete that as a rule violation.

But you did accuse the author of stealing material he used in the flash; that's a bit on the fence.
Overall, it was somewhat abusive in my opinion, but it's not nearly abusive enough to make you qualified for a review ban.

To be honest, I am not totally sure about that. i would assume it's abusive, but that's if they also use English in some reviews. That means that they're just messing with the authors when they speak in a different langauge. Otherwise, I'm not sure.
Also, while I appreciate the links, there's a format that we usually use that makes it a lot easier to flag things.
First, go to the reviewer's reviews. Then , select a page. You'll usually want to sort by rating, then go to the last pages, where there is usually the most abuse. Then, right click, and selfct properties. Be sure to click the review itself, otherwise you'll only get part of the frame. If the URL ends in .gif or .jpg, re-do it. Then, copy-paste it into your post. It's a lot easier.
