He's got Calvin from Calvin and Hobbes on his front page banner, like it's his mascot. Bill Watterson would NOT want that. He never let anyone use his characters for commercial profit. Any time you see Calvin and Hobbes merchandise for sale, it's a rip-off and Watterson (the writer of Calvin and Hobbes) didn't agree to it.

That's true. This site could go up in flames if it were up to the courts to decide—on so many different levels. Here's a side by side comparison of the two sites. As you can EASILY see, my free game spot's background gradient is an EXACT copy of newgrounds's gradient. Out of literally BILLIONS of hex color code combinations, MFGS chose the EXACT same one as Newgrounds.

While some of you have been "flooding" the site with spam (which is supposed to shut the site down??? haha...yea....you keep doing that...) I went ahead and emailed Universal Press Syndicate about the improper use of Calvin and Hobbes. While NG admins might not have time to take on these small fries, Universal is just aching to sick their lawyer dogs on small guys like this site. Newgrounds Parodies material, this site steals it.

I am a big fan of the Calvin and Hobbes cartoon and it has come to my attention that the Calvin image could have been used inappropriately to endorse a online gaming website to draw additional traffic and boost ad-revenue. From my understanding the rights to Calvin and Hobbes merchandise and likeness are strictly controlled by Universal Press syndicate.
As a fan of Calvin and Hobbes I thought it proper to inform Universal of this most illegal use of their property. I assumed that the character's use has not gained prior approval from Universal because in addition to the use of Calvin, the sites exact design and the content it has posted has been taken from numerous websites across the internet who hold their content's use exclusive to their respective sites without prior permission.
I hope this information is of use to Universal and if I have emailed the wrong person, I am deeply sorry. Could you please forward this email to the person in Universal responsible for these matters?

Indeed, I decided to follow his gesture and have sent an email to Miniclip.com,
for at the bottom of the page, it states that there are games taken from Miniclip.com.
One problem though; the games are suppose to be exclusive to Miniclip.com.
