Keicho started the original Anime collab over a year ago and due to some very complicated (political? lolx) reasons I will be hosting the second Anime collab(aka. Ac2) instead of him.
This year I am thrilled to announce the introduction of a Quality Control Team (QCT). The team comprises of a number of talented animators who will be here to make sure all members utilise their potential. (including the rejection/ termination of crappy parts)
The QCT consist of Kecho, British moose, Ginana (saiyagina), Ani-X, SaintShunt and myself.
Anyone applying for a part must first post a decent piece of animation. The QCT will then decide on whether or not to give you a part. There is a [b]3 part maximum per member[/b]. Members with more than one part are expected to be exceptional animators. Any non QCT member that fails to give me an update of their part at least once every 2 weeks will be kicked out of this collab (unless pm-ed me along with reasons).
Everyone joining this collab will be required to pick an anime and later make a short animation of that anime. Members are not allowed to choose an anime that is already taken by another member. Someone might want to ask "When is the dead line?". In my oppinion this collab will last for around 6~8 months, the QCT will be here to help you improve your part(s?) through out this 6~8 months.

Parts are allowed to have a personal emblem with a maximum size of 100x 100 (.png) placed on the bottom right coner, [b]Violence (mild)[/b] and [b]Nudity (mild)[/b]
Parts are not allowed to have sound effects, stick figures, stolen images, traced screen shoots from any anime but screen shoots can still be used as a refrence).

Coauthour will be given to 9 most outstanding members. All that participated in this Collab is required to create a 400x140 "profile" jpg with a maximum size of 100kb, a 660x140 perfect-arts jpg, max size of 200kb which consist of your sketches and collab related stuff and pm me with all personal details (name, age, personal quote, message, dimensions, weapons and things u would like to include in your authour page)
