I strongly recommend you get the downloadable version, it fixes the mouse problems and adds other features. MAKE SURE TO UNZIP IT, ALL OF IT, otherwise it won't work.

I made a madness template from scratch in 20 mins. Has all the basics in it but you can always edit it. ;)
Hope you like it and it was fun as to draw!

Yea, it's very easy to accomplish. Just select your character and use the Free Transform tool, underneath the arrow on the toolbox.

the fps of the movie have to be 24!

Watch a madness movie, hit the Print Screen button, go into Flash and hit Ctrl + V. Then, erase all the stuff you don't need, and do an onion skin over the characters. Then remove the frame with the Print Screen if you want.
