Aqua Teen Hunger Force Colon Movie Film for Theaters is an animated film based on the Adult Swim animated series Aqua Teen Hunger Force. The film is written and directed by the show's creators, Matt Maiellaro and Dave Willis, and is set to be released on April 13, 2007 by First Look Pictures.

The movie Aqua Teen Hunger Force Colon Movie Film for Theaters is an action-adventure epic that reveals the mysterious origins of Meatwad, Frylock and Master Shake. When an immortal piece of exercise equipment threatens the balance of galactic peace, it is up to the Aqua Teen Hunger Force to run away from it. Peril escalates when Plutonians team up with the Cybernetic Ghost of Christmas Past to strive for ultimate control of the sinister, deadly device.

Other Stuff
Mastodon will feature a new track "Cut You Up with a Linoleum Knife ", which they will perform as animated characters to start the film. Musician Franz Nicolay revealed via his website that "Girls Like Status," the b-side to The Hold Steady's "Chips Ahoy!" single will be featured on the film's soundtrack.

The promotion for this movie was the reason for that Boston Bomb Scare a little while back, so, yeah, it's probably gonna be pretty hardcore, lmao.

Heh, that's what I thought when I first saw ATHF. I was in NYC in some movie shop or whatever, and I saw the ATHF season One DVD, and for some reason, I bought it, even though I didn't really know what it was, it seemed familiar to me.

I watched the first 2 episodes and was like "this is fuckin stupid", but I continued to watch, and it got funnier and funnier. I think maybe you just need to get used to the surreal humor in ATHF before you can truly enjoy it :}
