I bet you took that from the RR Website. Okay, here we go, so bear with me, and I ain't gonna do the fights in their order:
Eddie vs Chavo: Meh, strictly mid-card. Chavo had his moments. Eddie never threw a punch during the match though. After Multiple suplex and the Frog splash, Eddie gets the win and snaps. He first ties up Chavo Sr. with his own tie and proceeds to beat up Chavp Jr. in front of him, busting him open in the progress.
Brock Lesnar vs Hardcore Holly: This was a suprisingly technical match, but still nothing special. Brock nails the f-5 for the win. Nothing more of what you could expect from THIS match-up.
Rey Misterio vs Jamie Noble: Pretty short match-up. Only thing that happened was that Noble got tripped by Nidia, allowing Rey to nail the 619 and a West Coast Legdrop. Then Jamie started bitching to Nidia.
Evolution vs Dudley Boyz: Another quick match, nothing special. Coach makes a slight interference, but to no avail. Then, Batista proceeds to put D-Von through wood, winning the match.
HHH vs HBK: Not as good as the hype stated. It started out well and then got a little more brutal. Went falling apart when HBK landed face-first on the Spanish table from an Asai Crossbody gone wrong, getting him busted open, and dripping in the bucket loads. Afterwards, it was pretty much a NORMAL match. HBK then hits Trips with a chair, busting him open as well, and then nails a nasty Sweet Chin and both men collapse, ending in a tie. HHH gets carried out in a stretcher, and seemingly HBK too, but gets up and walks out instead.
Royal Rumble Match: Let's start with the question of Who eliminated Goldberg? Kurt Angle did it, more on that. It started like any other Royal Rumble match, and then the shit started happening. First, everyone thought Taker was coming out when the beggining of the Theme started, to which Kane got surprised and eliminated, but as soon as that happened, it was actually Spike coming out. He didn't even make it to the ring, as Kane chokeslammed him in the rampway. Then, Ernest Miller came out, just for the show, did a little dance, and then was soundly eliminated. Then, as #21 was knocked out backstage, Stone Cold ordered the person responsible to go out in his place, being Mick Foley. He practically went Cactus Jack on everything, eliminating Randy Orton and himself. Now let's get to Goldberg. He went ahead and started spearing everyone in the ring until Brock Lesnar comes in and F-5's Goldberg, giving the chance to Angle to eliminate him. After all of this, it comes down to Big Show and Benoit, Benoit grabbing Show in a headlock from a Military Press over the top rope until Show was finally eliminated. Benoit makes history.
