As for the faces Jeff Hardy could get a push, pr maybe just maybe Carlito will finally do something other than wrestle Masters.

I'm afraid the answer is no, but they're going to have to push somebody, it's probably going to wind up being somebody crappy though, like Khali, since if WWE feels moving him is adding "star power" to the brand, then it seems to me he's probably going to benefit the most from the abscence of the H. So right now I say probably not so I don't get my hopes up for nothing, but hey, they may just surprise us, we've seen in the past what happens when WWE can't rely on the old standbys any longer, but I don't think anybody is ready to be an Austin or something where they'll push somebody they didn't neccessarily think was pushable before because they force themselves into a breakout situation.

OK to the triple H thing he is defintely going to be out for 4-6 to six months due to another quad engery..This time it has gone serious.they have said that the thigh muscle has completly came lose from the knee...And that all the info i have...he is due to have surgey today...

How many of you think that he should just go ahead and retire after the surgery i meen he is getting up thier in his age and this makes his second knee injury maybe causing him never to be able to wrestle the same again...so from my prespective i think he should retire...He had a good run but i think this injury could bring his career to a screeching hault or atleast slow it down..or cut a couple of years off of his carrer its self

Any other opinions on this subject???

Response to The Wrestling (WWE) Club 2007-01-09 10:21:27

yea, I think Triple H should retire from the ring... the guy has been around long enough and he has won many championship titles.

They should send CM Punk to raw! I hate Kahli and that Big ugly retard who says... "I LOVE DOUBLE DOUBLE E!"

Response to The Wrestling (WWE) Club 2007-01-09 11:17:26

Well DOD it was good having you here. Hope you decide to come back someday.

Raw was.. pretty boring last night. That Trump/Rosie skit was just awful. I hated that from start to finish. With the crowd reaction it got I sure hope Vince got the message that we are getting tired of that crap.

Should HHH retire? Maybe. That injury was a nasty one. But will he? I doubt he will throw in the towel just yet.

So to fill in the "talent void" they chose Kahli.. They couldn't pick any other bright star from SD or ECW, or maybe call up talent from their territories. They chose the big guy who can't talk (literally it seems) nor wrestle and instantly put him in the main event. Am I the only one who has a problem with this?

Here is the real reason why WWE moved The Great Khali to RAW.

Khali was moved to Raw in response to HHH's injury, but not to fill the hole left by him. The plan was indeed for the DX vs. RKO feud to continue a little longer, and Khali was going to be moved over, but not this soon.

With Big Show looking less and less likely to be able to go at Mania, Khali is now the leading candidate to face Hulk Hogan at Wrestlemania. Vince really wants to play off of Wrestlemania 3 with Hogan vs. a giant, and now Khali appears to be that man.

Khali was moved to Raw to get more exposure in preparation for the Hogan match. Big Show may still return for this, but with it looking less likely it is now Khali vs. Hogan at Mania.

According to people backstage, Daivari will soon be on Smackdown as a cruiserweight.

well, DOD, I'm sorry that things haven't gone your way. There will always be a place here for you.

I thought Trump vs. Rosie was okay and kinda dumb, But I have to say: Trump's Flying Head-butt, The Cake Smash, and Ron Simmon's apperance all kept me in stitches!

Oh, and about that Dysktra/Hardy Match-up, I have something to say: I told you! when has Stone Cold ever steered you wrong.

Hogan vs. Khali? Oh god no.....

I had always thought they should have used Davari in the cruiser division. He really isn't too bad, given the chance.

Like I say more and more, WWE is just totally fucking hopeless, and until people start tuning out in droves, stop buying their crap and just essentially abandon the product, it's not going to get better.

My god, it's so pathetic how badly they overhyped the RVD/Lashley rematch. Every move Lashley did got a replay and the overselling of how "brutal" it was. They're desperate for that kid to get over right friggin now, and the boos that cropped up here I think are indicating exactly what the fans thought of that. I've said it before...and I'll say it again...CHANGE THE FUCKING NAME OF THAT SHOW!! They're not getting any sort of rub from the ECW name anymore, and they just run the risk of ruining it permanently with this dreck.

From wrestlezone.com:

During the Rosie vs. Trump match on RAW, some fans in attendance were chanting "TNA" and possibly "VKM" as well. According to a fan in attendance, Vince McMahon, who was sitting by Lilian Garcia, acted like he didn't hear the chants. However, there was one fan right behind him that was repeatedly screaming "TNA, TNA, TNA" in his ear. When this happened, Vince McMahon's smile to the match toned down considerably. Furthermore, his body language seemed to go from excited to slouched down & bored while people in the Scottrade Center chanted his competitor's name.

Internally Monday night's edition of RAW was seen as an utter disaster and embarrassment. It was likely due to the Rosie vs. Trump match as it failed to a monumental degree in the building and had the fans loudly chanting "TNA!"

heh I think Vince got the hint from that one huh?

I think it's funny how TNA tried to call out Vince Mcmahon a few times... why would they advertise the WWE on their show like that?

I hope there will be a new ECW champion soon... I don't enjoy watching boby lashley... he's definitely a meathead.

Its Vince, so I'll go ahead and explain what he thought.

In response to the TNA chants: I knew it! These people only want to see the divas wrestle in skimpy outfits... More TNA it is.

In response to VKM chants: This is such a great product, that they're even chanting my initials!

In response to We Want Wrestling chants: That's ok, that's why I booked Khali vs Cena as the main event, so the fans can see some wrestling.

I just found a really awesome match between CM Punk & Chris Hero from IWA Mid South back in 2002. Here is the link to the match,

Tables & Ladders Match for the IWA-MS Heavyweight Championship: CM Punk (c) vs. Chris Hero (w/Nadia Nice), 2/8/2002.

I really recommend this match. Both Punk & Hero took a lot of sick bumps in this match.

LordKooler's SmackDown! Review
1.Teddy long segment
Theodore Long comes out and talks about the Smackdown sprint. He says that 16 Smackdown superstars will compete over two weeks. It's a random drawing. The winner gets to face Batista for the World Heavyweight Title at Royal Rumble. Then Batista comes out and says that he loves the idea behind the Beat the Clock challenge because he doesn't want to be a paper champion. Then Batista says that he wants to face Smackdown's best.
2.Chavo Guerrero vs. Kane
A decent David vs. Golliath match to kick off the Beat the Clock challenge. Kane won after using the Chokeslam on Chavo at 7:53.
3.Paul London vs. Brian Kendrick
Tag Team Champs collide in the Match of the Night. Johnny Damon of the New York Yankees was at ringside. The match ended in a Time Limit draw at 7:53.
4.MVP Promo
JBL, The best commentator in wrestling today, Says the same thing he said on the Smackdown after Armageddon. Then MVP comes out with burn makeup on his back and thanks JBL for representing him. I fast forwarded through most of MVP's promo.
5.King Booker (w/Queen Sharmell) vs. Gregory Helms
When is Gregory Helms gonna lose the Cruiserweight Title? He rarely defends the belt despite holding it since last year's Royal Rumble. I fast forwarded through most of this match. After King Booker won at 6:24, The Boogeyman came out and Chokebombs Helms and gives him the worms. When Boogeyman was injured, King Booker & Queen Sharmell took out a restraining order on the Boogeyman, But when he came back from his injury, The restraining order angle became forgotten.
6.Ashley Massaro vs. Jillian Hall
Fast forwarded through most of this match.
7.Jimmy Wang Yang vs. Tatanka
WWE should just release Tatanka. He hasn't done anything since returning at last year's Royal Rumble. I fast forwarded through most of this match. The match ended with a draw at 6:24.
8.Chris Benoit vs. Mr. Kennedy
I'm a mark for both Benoit & Kennedy but I fast forwarded through this match because it was too short. After Kennedy won at 5:07, Teddy Long comes out and says that MVP, Matt Hardy, Finlay & The Undertaker will have matches on the next episode of Smackdown.

Since I can't watch ECW, I want to know how Lashly is doing as champ. Is he getting the response from the crowd that they want? Who else of note is doing ok there?

He's woeking his ass of in the ring, but other than his entrance and some of the power moves, he's not getting much of a reaction from the crowd. He has improved in the ring (thanks to his feud with Finaly on SD) and he seems to a bit of chemistry with Van Dam... If only they allowed them to wrestle to a clean finish..

Although Lashley hasn't helped the ratings at all.

The WWE reincarnation of ECW took another hit this week as the show did just a 1.4 cable rating, with a 2 share. It was down from last week's 1.5 cable rating and the lowest number that they have done yet for a live show. The quarter hours tell an interesting story as they didn't even come close to approaching a 2.0, which they usually do with the overrun. The show did quarter hours of 1.3, 1.5, 1.6, then dropped to 1.4 for the 10:45 period before going back to a 1.6 for the extra five minutes.

I think he's things worse, they've almost alienated the orginal ECW fan, by pushing him on there so much, I have feeling they're trying to make another Cena out of him. I don't know after December to Dismember and Lashely winning the title, I've gave up on ECW.

I noticed Lashley getting some boo's from the crowd on Tuesday too. I feel bad for the kid, he's trying, but like I say, they're Cenaing him in that they want him over right now, and over in their way of doing things, not based on what's best for him.

Oh, no, that recap of Punk Holly was incomplete, that was a CLEAN job Punk did to Holly right there. CLEAN. Bye bye CM Punk! We hardly knew ye as a top talent!!

Like I say, BSCW, the sooner this show is dead and buried and stop fucking up the product I knew and loved, the happier I will be.

Wow, Ken kennedy #1 contender. I predict whatever outcome at Royal Rumble, He will face Taker at Mania.

My personal prediction:

Kennedy beats Batista
Taker wins Royal Rumble
Mark Henry and Batista will feud assuming Henry will come back (he should be healed by now)

LordKooler's TNA iMPACT! Review
1.Kurt Angle vs. Matt Bentley (w/Serotonin)
Angle won by making Bentley tap out to the Ankle Lock. Raven punished Bentley by giving him some Kendo Stick shots after the match.
2.James Storm (w/Gail Kim), Chris Sabin & AJ Styles vs. Petey Williams, Christopher Daniels & Rhino
A decent match but it was the match of the night in my opinion. Styles, Storm & Sabin won after Styles pinned Daniels with a cradle.
3.Paparazzi Championship Series: Texas Hold 'Em
This week's PCS segment involves Austin Aries, Alex Shelley, Jay Lethal, Sonjay Dutt & Low Ki playing a game of Texas Hold 'Em. Nash does commentary during the segment but it angers the wrestlers since he's in the same room as them. Low Ki and Alex Shelley wind up tied, so they play high card to break it up. Shelley's Ace beats Ki's King and ties with Aries on the final leader board. Nash announces that a tiebreaker between Shelley & Aries will happen at Final Resolution with a 10 minute time limit. He says that if the match ends in a draw, the judges will decide who the winner of the match is. Bob Backlund & Disco Inferno are rumored to be the judges for the PCS Final.
4.Dudleyz Segment
We're back at the iMPACT zone where the Dudleyz have laid out Konnan. TNA taped this three weeks ago so that they could give Konnan time off for his hip surgery. When the doctors went to operate, they discovered that Konnan's kidneys were basically shot, so he needed a lengthy period of dialysis before they could even put the new hip in. Once that's done, he's going to need a kidney transplant. I really hope Konnan recovers from this. He's been really entertaining as the mouthpiece of LAX. I don't really want to talk about the promo the Dudleyz cut during the segment.
5.Abyss vs. Tyson Tomko
During the match, Kurt Angle & Samoa Joe got into another brawl that caused Angle to drop a set of keys that Christian used to free himself from the King of the Mountain penalty box. After that, Christian attacks Abyss with a chair when Abyss was about to win the match with the Black Hole Slam. Then Sting appears and attacks Tomko and chases Christian out of the ring. Then while Abyss & Sting were celebrating, Abyss puts Sting in the Argentine Backbreaker rack (torture rack) and gives Sting the Shock Treatment after James Mitchell gave out the Doomsday signal.

I don't think this is the end of the feud and they'll probably have one more match. If Punk loses that one too... then its over for Chick Magnet Punk.... There I revealed his not so secret secret.

Over at wrestlecrap.com they are doing their yearly gooker award voting process. I highly encourage you guys to have a look and cast a vote. There are a number of them on the list, but only two spark any interest. The explotation of Eddie, and WWECW are nominies. I voted for the Eddie angle, but once you vote you get to see how things rank. Both those I mentioned are the ones with the most votes, The Eddie catagory only winning by a very slim margin.

I'm not sure if you guys remember me, but I am still a member of this club. I've just been inactive for a few months.

Anyway, I had to vote for Michael's parter.....GOD! I can honestly say that this was the most classless thing I'd ever seen out of the WWE. The whole McMahonism angle and the church promos were just taken out of hand. Infact, I stopped watching the WWE for a few months after this event. It's not that I was offended, it was just the ridiculous nature of the events surrounding it. As far as the Eddie's legacy being tarnished by a year of stupid storylines is concerned, that's pretty damn sad as well. I just wish they would stop bringing Vickie onto Raw.

Holy fuccck! I actually do remember you, welcome back. Personally I had to vote for the Eddie thing. Just let the man rest in peace.

And now for Crazy Kurt's latest comments. Let me just say, he's reaching Ultimate Warrior levels of insanity, but damn it... It makes me laugh.

Samoa Joe is the most underrated wrestler in the world right now. In my opinion he should be ranked behind me. Because of his size, he is a guy-who-once I teach him to work-will be incredible. Sometimes he goes flying out of the ring. Now you don't want people to forget he can do that, but he shouldn't do it all the time. That's what the little guys are for, and that's what the X-division is for. I can do a 450 with a twist, or I can do my moonsault, but I save it.

My match with Shawn could have been better and I'm gonna have a match like that again. I'm learning how to teach now.

Look at AJ Styles. When LAX trapped Daniels in the cage he had no emotion in his face. When I teach him that, he will be the most marketable athlete we have.

A 450 with a twist? I wonder if Nash taught him that.
