I sat for all my finals in the first round. I had 3 months of holidays, and now I get to go to class only 3 days a week.

ok heres my thing.. no matter how much sleep i have im always tired.. i sleep in class.. and i havnt done any momework in 4 months... oh and it takes me 45 mins in morning to wake up :/

I do no homework chores, etc. In fact, the only productive things I do are help people in the RC and do...stuff with my girl ;).

I would have posted that earlier, but I was too busy slacking.

Spring break went by way too quickly. Back in school again till May.

Man, I'm so glad the whole red-and-yellow Chinese Government theme is finally over - The colo(u)rs were making my blood pressure go through the roof! I don't know if any of you guys were online at the time, but it feels good returning to the cool, relaxing dark theme that we're all used to.

Well of course it was a joke. If NG really made ties with China then there would be a news topic with lots of pictures (of Tom with Chinese people) and the colour scheme would stay pretty much the same as it is now.

The honor society I got into was Pi Sigma Alpha, which is the honor society for Political Science.

Now I've been looking at taking the LSAT and applying to law schools. eep

Probably a ton, each major or department probably has a national honor society offering admittance to qualified students(like, the social sciences may have a large social sciences honor society, but things within it would too, like political science and social service)

I'm taking a pre-law minor along with my political science major. I'm looking at taking an LSAT prep course this summer and taking the October LSAT exam, and possibly again in December to see if I do better on the second one and applying to law schools next fall since it'll be my senior year.

I also discussed internships with one of my professors. Since an internship isn't required by my major for me to graduate, I'm just looking for some experience in the political science or law field to beef up my resume. Perhaps getting some part time work as a paralegal for a local law firm. At the moment I'm just putting out feelers for what schools I should apply to. And, since my school wants me to pay a shit ton of money just for credits for an internship, I'll probably not do it to get college credit.

Unless you're an Accountancy major in Argentina, you will have NO IDEA how happy this makes me.

yesterday I ran around like a chicken with it's head cut off.

First, some of my "required" courses for my major which were only available in the Fall are not on the schedule for next fall. wtf. I talked to my advisor who is the chair of my major department and he said it was OK. But he's a bit aloof and I never know what to believe what he tells me is OK or not. He also told me there was no pre-law advising at the school, but I found a pre-law advisor lol.

Anyway, After talking to him about that, he brought up that I would need to take 2 english classes, english comp. and advanced comp. Since I had taken the AP exams in highschool, I tried getting those in as credits last fall, but they said no, because the English department wanted a higher score than every other department takes (a 4 instead of a 3, i got a 3 on both exams) so I spoke to the head of the the university english department and she felt that since I received a 3 for both tests, it should count towards at least one english requirement. yay.

Then I finally registered for classes, and got the instructor of Advanced comp. to sign me up for his class, and then I found out that after all of that work to get into the Advanced comp. class it had a conflict with one of my other classes I wanted to take next semester. /facepalm

Apparently they still denied the english credits I mentioned in my last post. So I took a credit-by-exam two weeks ago this coming monday. Still waiting to hear back on that

I passed the credit-by-exam. I sent an Email to the head of the English department since it had been 2 weeks since I handed in the portfolio and did the 3 hour timed essay.
