I doubt the fairness and accuracy of this list. Why? Because I'm not on it. A sprite flash goes to #1 and you don't give it a second thought? Either you're a Phoenix Wright fan or you're just taking stabs in the dark.

Ok I admit its not fair because the 3rd party doesnt pick every single overrated flash. Thats why I didnt pick this sprite flash that went to number one. PW fan not really. It could happen but not today.

Sorry, but I dont agree with the last two.
Both were great flash, RAB really kept in solid and didn;t leave out jokes and the tank games was very addictive, desevring of its score.

So you and everyone else can compare them to the review score. Just multiple by two the current voting score and compare with the review score to anlaysis the difference in voting methods the voting method is quick and mostly likely based upon opinon while the review voting has more proof in the users decision to correctly give a fair and accurate review score.*
*Some users will always vote in extremes skewing the average score, in a early state of the flash submission's existence on newgrounds the average score is more prone to skewage but on the other hand well etablished flash content will not be not even lets say budged.

ok sorry guys I meant to say masked. They are selected by a certian method I have dropped hints through the topic, vaguely though.

Nope the 3rd party does not use the same method as I do. If the 3rd party selects a flash that has been featured here recently I will chose one, you may be able to tell by extra markings that dont below in the standard ofotd showcase post.
