Eh, I think Metallica became awesome without Dave Mustaine, so it doesn't matter. Plus, he went on to make his own great band, so it's a win-win.

It is pretty good, it grows on me more and more the more i listen to it. I used to be a bit meh about Unforgiven III but i actually like it now. The whole album is pretty good in my opinion, i can't give an accurate opinion on where id put it next to all the earlier albums though.
