There sure is a lack of creamy transparent salty-tasting Zenon-love in this thread.

Im not kidding with this, but, the collab acount between Chronamut and B0UNCE (Chr0nOuNc3)(I think... :P) got me started in the music. If you didn't tell that one guy (or many) what program u used, I wouldnt be here making kick-ass music now!

...was that a sytrus or oscillator plug-in for the pads, Chronamut? oh wait! that's bounce's proffesion. nvm. (lawl)

I'll write some more in-depth thingies. I'll make more, so don't worry if you aren't on here now.

OCON- Very bright, uplifting trance tracks. They usually follow a creative chord progression, and are easy to listen to. My favorites are Farewell and Alone. :) Definitely check him out.

Sadspoon- A seriously talented dnb artist that has improved hugely over time. I love the thrashy patterns that some of the rhythms get into... The Seeker and his Halo remix are among my favs.

Blacknoise- He gives some of the best advice ever when he isn't feeling lazy. :P He had a powerful acid sound to his earlier tracks, and then he moved into some really futuristic sounding ambient stuff. I really like his remix of PoE and the Attic. Die with Style is pretty sweet too. :)

Ruklo- Ruklo has a really professional sound to him... his addition of vocals are really nice, considering that newgrounds is mostly instrumental. I Emo Bitch and Insomnia are my favorites from him.

DavidOrr- A great classical artist that will always surprise you with a killer industrial track once and awhile. I'm serious, he's gonna be writing soundtracks for blockbusters someday. :P I like Meltdown and Stormy Seas.

Flashburn- Very melodic tracks. He has an old school feel that always hangs on me. :) He's got some really catchy songs, sometimes I find myself humming them out in public. :P I wish he would submit more often though...

ack.. ok I'll add more later.

I think that its about time that Black Dick jumped on the bandwagon and made a list of favorites.

LJCoffee
You all saw this coming. He defined what drum 'n bass was to me so I wasn't making fast techno, and when I started listening and reviewing his music, I had never heard his style before. I couldn't find flaws in it since I didn't know the genre. So, by LJs example, I started writing ambient/glitch music. LJ has shown me the golden road in which to walk :)

CornAndBeans
Fuck, this guy calls me talented?! This guys got too much skill. Nothing I like too much personally so as to learn off of it, but that shits hard to make. Seriously.

Paragon
Thats right, I'm a Paragon fan. What has he done? He has taken the harsh characteristics and the softer characteristics of techno and melded them so as to create fast techno thats... not hard. Its actually quite pleasing to the ears, and I like it (even though most of his songs have very little difference between them).

BOUNC3
I'm not a huge fan of his music, but it is good enough so I can prop up his audio page and listen through all of his songs whilst browsing the NG BBS. And here is the thing that B0UNC3's music taught me that is common knowledge among you Hands-Up (or whatever the fuck its called) producers:

Hard, prolonged kick + 909 ride cymbal = instant groove. I use that all the time now, to set the groove in build ups/melodies :)

DJ-Padman1
I haven't learned anything from this guy, since what he does is very dirty and can't be cleaned with a steel-sire brush covered in acids. Its been a while since I've checked out his stuff, but last thing I checked was that he has one hell of a nice acid collection goin' on.

Khuskan
Amazing. Purely amazing. I haven't learned anything from the style of music he does because I don't know enough about music to know what the hell hes doing :O

So thats my list. I haven't missed anyone; I made sure I went over every artist that I could think of. That does mean going through the AP to check.
