After discussion with Housemasta, I have decided that I will participate in the administration of the next MRAC competition. I will compete for the last time this month and will help Housemasta manage the MRACs to come! So good luck to everybody this month, and I look forward to hearing your submissions!

*Another Update*

I managed to get some air time, so the saturday afternoon of the first week of december will be the playing of the submitions on radiogrounds and will unveil my Exhibition Piece. lawl.

after today, only 10 days left to submit!

how do you read an rns file? i dont have fruity loops is there some where that i can get an alternative file so i can listen to it and finally is there just the melody or is there a basline i have to use as well?

and I do remember the rules specifying that you had to be able to hear the melody and the bassline featured in all tracks entered for the contest

erm I do also recall that the melody and the bassline had to remain in tact, you could add to it, but you couldnt' take anything away from it

the melody and bassline presented for the contest had to stay, the way they were and be featured and prominent in your piece

Ok well since I'm going administrative for the January competition, I'll create a website that will explain the rules for each competition, submission requirements, perhaps even as submission form with an e-mail confirmation of acceptance or denial with reasoning.

Isn't that just a tad unnecessary?

I mean if the rules are posted in the first post of the thread, and the thread is used for people to announce their participation in each contest, along with acceptance and rejection for the entries submitted!
