Not all of us in the US just watch Cartoon Network for anime, yes some of us actually buy anime that Cartoon Network could never show on the air no matter what time of day it is.

Sanosuke Sagara and Megumi Takani

Aoshi Shinomori and Misao Makimachi of the Oniwabanshuu

According to Absolute Anime , Kenshin is 28. I think his son Kenji is in the Samurai X OAV, as opposed to the Rurouni Kenshin TV series shown on Cartoon Network.

actually, Kenshin is 28 years-old in the series, and he was 14 in his slashing days.. as for Kaoru, she's 17.. or at least that's what I read =P

Yes, apparently it's the OVAs in which Kenshin and Kaoru are married, although I haven't been fortunate enough to see any episodes of Samurai X.

It is in Samurai X: Reflection that Kenshin and Kaoru get married. Samurai X: Trust and Betrayal is all about the beginnings of Kenshin up to when he gives up killing after the revolution and also how he got the cross-shaped scar. Yeah, I saw the Samurai X movie, it's pretty good, the ending is sad. And I've seen some of the Kenshin series that pre-dates the on that was shown on Cartoon Network, showing how be became a man slayer.

Karou asks to share his 'pain', what he is feeling for taking the lives of so many innocent victems during his period of being an assassin.

It's more or less like a rash, or has it's appearance, but it's like a cancer, and slowly drains both him and Karou, now that she has decided to share his pain.

He goes a way for a while to deal with some millitary/government stuff. When he comes back, his son Kenji, brought back from training with Kenshins old master, with Yahiko, is there, but I don't remeber if he got to be with his father.

Kenshin later died, and his cross shaped scar faded away, meaning he had attoned for his sins as a man slayer, and was able to pass into the other world with out sin, or say regret.

And, he got that first part of his scar from his first wifes future fiance, who he killed, not knowing that the man he killed was his first wifes bride to be. He got careless fighting him, and got cut, killing the man by driving his sword into the back of his neck and twisting it, breaking his spine, and cutting all vitals in two.

The other half of his scar came from, when he accidentaly killed his first wife. She took the daggar she had been carrying for protection, back when they met in Kyoto with her, and cut his face, forming the cross shaped scar on his cheek.

Indeed. Samurai X has a more serious, realistic quality about the animation. Of course, it's because it pre-dates the Kenshin series as you know, showing how he became a man slayer, and the effects after the Kenshin series as well.

In the anime, Keitaro's sister is magically bound to him by a promise that was activated when Keitaro accidently confessed his love for her instead of Naru. This is okay so far, but this is where it gets weird.

In the manga, Naru runs away to the norther tip of Japan to get away from Keitaro in which Keitaro runs after her. What the anime screwed up was that instead of Keitaro chasing her, the ENTIRE OVA takes place in the Hinata Complex around the Annex.

BIG MISTAKE ON THE ANIME'S PART.

But to make a lonbg rant short, Naru confesses her love for Keitaro in the anime and the series ends with Seta grabbing Keitaro and Naru from a plane and flying off with them. Now in the manga, Seta only grabs Keitaro in which they fly to Kaolla Su's home city and another giant last adventure begins. End of series in manga, Keitaro and Naru get married after 7 years. Wow

IMHO, Ken Akamatsu had made some bad decision with what company does the anime for his maga. Magister Negi Magi, his newest manga was recently turned into an anime and it suffers the same damn problems that Love Hina had.

Gah! Some how my Narutimate Hero 2 game got overwritten with a new file...so annoying. Ya know how annoying it is to beat Lee in pushups by hitting circle 45 times in 10 seconds....two to three times!! or beating Gai in a hand-stand race by pounding circle square circle square....god...my hand was so dead after that. And some of the battles had strict rules to win. Like when Naruto fights Jiraiya, you have to use Naruto's vortex special as the final move that kills him. In other battles you simply have to survive, which aint easy in those situations...like the girl hokages girl friend, who really sucks vs. her with power bonus. Or having to do 6 Kawrimi no Justsus in 40 seconds!!

Well...I'm probably going to go and get the Gungrave PS2 game, since it looked sweet when my friends played it...although they used the unlocked guitar playing guy...haven't seen gungrave used yet.

Hey, at least you have animax, I only get commercials ABOUT the animes it is showing! The only way i found out that I was getting animax was the little "sin" next to the times. Well, I'm 3 opponents down in my revenge..only 30 left. There are actually 3 different Naruto's, the normal one that uses vortex, the possibly 3 years later one that uses the demon fox power, and the Maota Suit/Rock Lee suit one. There are also 2 Hinata's..but that doesn't make her any better, and also 2 Orichimarus, but that makes sense because one is sealed (useless arms) and one unsealed (can use arms). It is surprising how amazingly well sealed Orichimaru can block, despite the handicap he has....strange...didn't know slightly turing your back forwards could provide suck excellent blocking.........

True the Manga is alot better but the Anime is still pretty good. Again really sucked cause of his bitch ass sister and the end did lack but I was smart enough to buy the manga. Their good all togeather.
