I heard the yugioh manga was suposed to be great. Yugi actually kills people in it or something.

also, no one, and I mean no one, ever, read the lupin the 3rd manga. its not much of anything. no comedy, no action, no real plot... I mean less plot than the anime version.

no YOU sir, are absolutely nuts. I read volume 3 and it had nothing to it. lupin slept around, and pissed off goemon, did I spell that right?, andthats about it. the show is way better.

i really want to get my hands on that game. i don't know much about lupin, but i like the mangas. however, i want that game cuz there's a lack of sneaking games on the ps2. plus, i heard it's a good game. i don't mind if it's a short game, because i get tired of sneaking games if i play them for too long. just imagine playing metal gear solid 2 and splinter cell for 30 hours. splinter cell would be a pain in the ass because of the difficulty.

i hate it when luffy gets serious. it seems too out of character. apart from that, i don't see why luffy is a problem. the series wouldn't be what it is, even if you don't like him. it's like raiden from metal gear solid 2. lots of people find him annoying, but he's an important part of the story and the game wouldn't be what it is without him. i only watch anime in japanese with subtitles. in english, it just sounds plain stupid. zoro is called zolo in english, which sucks. the worst thing about the english version is that there are missing scenes. dragon ball is a really funny manga, but the anime has bad voice acting and all the funny scenes are gone. i still can't seem to stop watching them though. they're really addictive, no matter how bad they are. i got stuck with yu-gi-oh at one time.

AYE! I like the anime, it's great. The manga is okay, some people only read them for the art. But some series for the most part, the manga is different from the anime.

It's really good IMO. I love going around and gasing people, pick pocketing from them, getting different costumes. There is some skill to it, for some of the puzzles are of the mind and require patience and know how to slove them. It's a really REALLY good game. Some of the camera angles suck though, but it's still awsome.

I didn't mean he's a problem, I meant he's the comedy factor in it, as in he is what makes the show/manga so great. My favorite so far is Luffys brother though, that and Sanji, they are both awsome IMO. And it's easy from them to use 'l' in place of 'r' vice versa because they sound simmlar. Like with Kilala and Kirara, they sound similar, so they are mixed at times. And yeah, for the most part, subs are better than dubs. And yeah, DBZ is a prime example of bad translations/licensing. Hell, if you don't read the manga, or get into it, you'll never know who the hell Launch is, and that she and Tienshinhan were lovers. I mean, they cut out a good deal of footage, and in some cases, episodes. >: ( And yeah, I don't really care for the dubed Yu-gi-oh!, if I ever seen the subed, I may differ. And I may get ithe first season box set of it subed too, yes, I'm serious people. The manga is awsome, and the card game is awsome IMO.

Indeed it is. Honda[Tristan in the anime] is much cooler in the manga, so is Jonouchi. He's less of a fool. Plus, you've got Hondas little 3 year old perver cousin who hits on Anzu all the time. XD

there's a yu-gi-oh manga? that's news to me. sounds interesting. the problem with anime is that a lot of series are based on mangas, and the result is pretty bad. i did like the animation in yu-gi-oh though.

is it a rare game? i think everybody didn't notice it, so usually these games become quite rare and collectors don't want to sell them. games like rez, klonoa 2: lunatea's veil and mgs2: substance are quite rare. i just got my hands on mgs2: substance, though.

Yep, there has been for quite some time, it's even before the anime. Shonen Jump released it in 03' with their first issue of Shonen Jump. And the art in the manga is somewhat different from the anime. It's somewhat dated, so it won't look as good.

Yep, Luffy has a brother, I won't say anything about it all, only that it's deep into the series when I first saw him episode 82 I think. Allthough I'm not sure if he came in then, or earlier, since I was watching the DVD my friend let me borrow. Chinese dub/sub something bad though. :/ And yeah Zoro is cool, his more serious side is better than his casual side. And Buggy the Clown is a dumb shit IMO. Well, since it was unjustly butcherd by 4Kids. >: ( And Launch first appears in DB, you'll see her with purple hair as well as blonde. Whenever she sneezes, she changes these personalities, so, she's either purple haired, crybaby, kind hearted person, or a blonde, hardassend, bitch. But her bitch side does get better over time. you have a ps2, right? klonoa is an awesome sidescrolling platformer. it has a very charming anime-ish story, awesome yet simple gameplay, plus the cel-shading is awesome. it also has a couple of 3D levels to change the pace from time to time. mgs2: substance is one of the best stealth games of all time. it has an awesome story. this isn't just fan talk, the story is absolutely amazing. it's the best story of all time. it's also one of the most compelling games of all time. i rented it for 7 days and i finished the game 7 times because i was so addicted. i did the same thing with klonoa 2. rez is a very cool first-person/third-person shooter. it was made by the creator of lumines for the psp. you just basically shoot objects. it's pretty easy, but the graphics are awesome, and the music is too. the graphics are kind of like tron, but they're so much cooler. i can't really put it into words. every object you destroy creates a sound. when you destroy multiple objects at once, it creates a sort of melody. it sunds very cool.

oh my god. you just said the magic word. love hina is the first manga i ever read, and to this day i still love it. no matter how repetitive it gets, i love err love hina. A.I. Love You is also a good manga. it's also made by the author of love hina.

Indeed. It's great. If you like gender chaning perverst it is. XD

it's some kind of love story, right? i don't mind those kinds of mangas as long as it doesn't become too romantic or erotic. for me, that's the limit.

I think 5 comes after four, but im not sure. Has anyone played the game Inuyasha for the ps2? I havent heard good things out of it, like an attack turn based battle system. Inuyasha just doesnt need to be like that. Mabye a battle system like crimson tears or I cant remeber the name it has the word clouds in it, and I thinkj somtihng to do with dark im not sure I cant rember it. But if you havent played thoose you run up and attack your enemy, or one like GTA, mabye have Inyuyasha stealing carts from village people or somthing, thatd be funny. I'll probaly get in it even if it sucks considering I love the show, has anyone played the one that was made for ps1 a long time ago? I had always made palns to get it but I never did. : (

the game you're thinking about is drak cloud. it was one of the first games released for the ps2. as a result, the graphics aren't considered very good by today's standards. the gameplay was very repetitive, but it was fun nonetheless. plus, you could build villages. there is a sequel too, which dealt with the problems in the first game. you could build a machine that you could summon in dungeons and control for a certain amount of time. you can customize it a lot. you could take photographs of items you needed for reference. then you have to find the items and build things with them. the fighting was better as well, because you could use two abilities. the first one is f course using weapons and the second one is using a character-specific skill like a gun or magic. you can also recruit civilians to help you in dungeons. i didn't get to the building twons part, cuz i only rented the game, but it's there too.

yea I only rented it to, it was a great game! I liked building the aquarium and then training fishes for compition. The final boss was a let down though to easy.

OK, sorry I've been gone.
Badass_Bill matters. Someone decipher his email for me.

And I guess I'll just ask my question again.
Is the Kenshin manga better, equal to, or worse than the show?

I like the show better, buy the shows first then get the magnas!

Alright let me say that I was a bit wrong to say that Kiba could just make anything law. Wonko was right. People who aren't athority figures shouldn't be just making rules. So I'm saying that if you have anything that's important like that, make a suggest and notify me please. If it's a valid point, (which I'm sure it will be) I will make it a rule.
I hope that cleared some things up.

All of them, with the exception of the DVD version of Erementar Gerad, will be airing in Japan. I will be watching Tsubasa Chronicle, I won't say how though.
