Wolf, a few things. 1= Your "Wow, what a suck up" comment was spamming.
2= Most people are fairly unimpressed with superiority complexes. No one cares who is better than who. Its infantile and an utter waste of time at best.
3= Talk of piracy of any sort is way against rules and could get you banned. The modds check for that and coming out and saying your downloading Akira is a big mistake. Especialy when fighting with someone. All he had to do was point out your spamming and piracy talk to a harsh mod and you'd be banned for a week.
Summery= Drop it now! This bickering is pointless, the "Im so great" crap is just annoying, and this is the Anime Club not a chat room. If its that important you two bicker, do it over AIM or YIM.

Heh, Im not gonna waste my time with this much longer. You failed to say just how you where downloading it, so the illegal methods are the main ones that would come to anyones mind. Since Akira has been licence in America for ages(At least 2 or 3 years) downloading it for free is Illegal no matter what. If you where willing to pay for it(Which I doubt you did) then the DVD with original Japanese voice tracks, creator commentary, and extras, was what you should have gotten. With that in mind, if you payed for it online, you wasted money big time. And if you didn't, its still piracy and the manner in which you got it is irrelivant.

As for the movie, its awsome and worthy of the acclaim it gets. I have a bought copy and it very good. I wont say much about it thought. Not in the mood to write spoilers and reveiws at the moment and gotta get ready for work in any case.

(i.e. Tsukasa = Elk, Mimiru = BlackRose, Bear = Orca, The cat character = Mia) .hack//sign is really addictive."

The game is simulated MMORPG. (it makes you feel and think that you're playing with other people online) You play in "The Woirld" as Kite, whose name you can change to whatever you want, and your friend has invited you to play. Your friend is one of the best players online, his game name is "Orca". When you first meet him, you see that he's at lvl 50. Aaaaaaand you're level 1. He teaches you how to play and then as you go into a dungeon something happens... I won't say what it is though.

All in all, I loved the game. There are 4 games, which in reality is just 4 parts to the same game. When you beat Part 1, you can load your status into part 2 and keep playing at the level you're at. (In the first game, Infection, the level cap is 30.) And that's my look at the .hack//sign game.

I think you just pay $6.95 for each month, and then it's anime non stop, you don't have to order each anime like pay-per view it's just like any other channel as long as you pay each month
