Way back in my day, 2002, RancidPsycoJosh started an "anime sucks" thread under the title "Anime Girls." It was soon taken over by anime fans (G-Hawk) who used it as a place to post pictures of anime girls. Eventually people started to post hentai and it became NG's biggest topic at the time. Then a movent started to knock "Anime Girls" out if the top spot called "NG's Biggest Topic." Both topics were eventually closed.

Yes it did. Though no one really contributed to the topic by discussing anime. That's one of the reasons it's dead now.

Yes they did, and i'd like to say congrats in advace for whe your thread becomes the #3 and eventual #2 all time largest thread on NG. You'll probably always be behind the NGA thread in post count but this is a really cool club and you guys should be proud.

I think the cause of the jump was thanks to a lot of newbie users, who surprisingly continued posting. Now if they could only post in the other clubs. =/

I doubt it. I never bother to count how many posts we're at on each page, so I never know how many we need for the next one.

I'm thinking of making an RPG I like to call "Holier than Thou". So far, I have the basic idea; You play as Jesus, representing Christianity, Moses, representing Judaism, Mohammed, representing Islam, or Buddha, representing Buddhism and compete to see which religion wins.
