If the guy just wouldn't have gone out drinking with his neighbor... None of it wouldn't happen. But out of all of this I must say I will never, ever touch an alchohlic beverage. They fuck you up, get into car accidents, pushes people away from you, and other horrible stuff.
If any of you decide to drink just to look cool or think, "It's just one drink, nothing will happen to me," well SHAME ON YOU. You see those people who are shown on the news, dead. The majority of them died from some source of alchohol. And sure, what are the chances of the next victim being you? The answere is extremely high. Just watch-- when one day you have a drink and find yourself in the hospital, having relearn everything all over again. I've seen it before.
Well now that I've gotten that off of my chest, I'm ready for some good-old NG chatting. Now if you'll excuse me...
Kouga, sorry for the delay... if you want something change let me know....
how in hell is everyone?

People rarely commit suicide without contemplating it or attempting it over a period of time. If you know someone who says ' I hate my life I wish I were dead'
Assume the worse.

im sorta religues so i dont have respect for ppl who commit scuicide, even if it was my best friend, its selfish and a easy way out.
but if they commit scuicide by jumpin infront of a loved one when there gettin fired at, its different.
on another note, who seen "the last samurai?"
that was a great movie, i like how they dont stereo type the samurai, they got it perfect.
i was watchin that shit when i was high, say the part were tom cruise fought Ojiro in the rain with the wooden swords, man it was great, i was OOOOOOOO DAMN! he got knocked the fuck out!

Well shit, I've said that quite a few times in my life, and I'm still here. Though I'm too scared to ever take my own life... I could never do it.

That's not suicide, that's being murdered.

On the rare occaisions I drink I do not move from the spot. I end up staying the night if necessary, even if I don't know whose house I'm at.
And dekathos: Someone who goes around saying they want to commit suicide and make a couple of attempts are actually among the least likely to actually do it. Thsoe people just want attention.

ok, lets say if there is a rolling boulder rolling infront of a loved one and u push them out of the way, but u put urself in ur way of it and get killed that way.
thats not murder, thats a bitch.

Actually they got a shitload of things wrong. For example, to commit hara-kiri, you cut open your belly with three strokes, than have someone else cut off your head. The movie had stab once in the stoumach and off with the head.
I have...not really what I wanna be talking about right not though...

This guy had a lot of problems. The best way we can honor him is to be better people and try to help those who are struggling in life. Even it's just saying a few kind words. You never know what kind of affect you can have.

Who was that who originally posted that? I would like to know a few things about that book. #1 Where did the author get the inspiration to it and #2 is it based on a true story?
unless were talking about a anime I don't know by the same name...

Well yeah.
(But it's still not suicide.)

ah well, then the most part, i dont think they woulda wanted to show a guy slowly hack his stomach then his head get cut off.

How can an epic poem about a journey through hell be based on a true story? It's more like Dante took a look at his life, realised where he was headed, and thought up all that crap.

I have. They are turning it into a Anime soon ^_^ so thats not off topic at all strangly enough. They pissed me off about one thing, they turned my favorite character into a stupid hulking robot! Why not leave well enough alone? I thought it was arogant american movie makers, who produce garbage live action movies from great animes, that where supposed to do that! Oh well, mabey on the whole it will be good despite that change. One can only hope at this point.

Ok. There's also the fact the the Emperor never left the Imperial palace in Kyoto, and had little true political power. To travel around from one city to another was ridiculously complicated, the topknot style of hair was completely wrong, oh and originally samurai were horse archers, they became swordsmen in peace time.

ok, i was rong, but they did not stereo type it the way some anime shows do.

I understand that a person would joke, or want attention about it but I'm saying it a true to life statistic I'm not saying it's always true. It often is.
he strongest and most disturbing signs are verbal - "I can't go on," "Nothing matters any more" or even "I'm thinking of ending it all." Such remarks should always be taken seriously.

I'm talking about someone who just continues to say it.
Since as far back as I can remember, I haven't cried over someone's death or something tragic. I really don't know why. Recently, my grandmother died. I really loved her. She stayed with me from birth to age six. When she died, I just fell empty. No emotions. No sadness, pity, ect.
Like the guy who planned an overelaborate suicide that backfired?

Anyone can make a website, look at what Tom Fulp did. My mom went through medical college, and we discussed this in psychology during ymjunior year, and both have told me that people who threaten to commit suicide are actually very unlikely to do it. "Nothing matters anymore" is not the same as saying "I'm going to kill myself"

When it comes to stereotyping teens... Ones with suicidals tendencies are always the wildcards.
If I wanted to kill my self, I'd be dead. Only pansies slice their wrists. Livecorpse went out with a bang. For his sake, I hope his death was instantaneous.

Bah! Someone who slits their wrists if definetly in it for the attention. They always close the clut, and they cut across the wrist instead of down the arm.

It's hard for me to cry about a grandparent. My Grandmother passed away recently as well. She was doing bad but it was unexpected to me because I thought she'd be around alot longer. But when you love someone who is old and in a lot of pain... it's somewhat comforting to know that there not in that pain anymore. At the funeral, I didn't cry until my father started too. That got me miserable because he never ever EVER cries I guess even if she lived a long time and was in a lot of pain she was still his mom... ;( AAAAAAAAH this is depressing.

Well you could make it look like you had been murdered, and send the police on a fun, pointless search.
My grandmother on my fathers side died six months after we came to America, we couldn't afford to go back for her funeral.
My great-grandmother on my mother's side died a year or two later, we couldn't afford to go back then either.
