I feel like I need to speak up here... You have a responsability for the club. Back when me, Tink, and Miroku were leading the club, we always took turns updating the memberlist and when one of us was unable, another did it for them.

You shouldn't need Tink's approval to update the memberlist. IMHO, clubvets should be able to volunteer to help as well. It's not her club, it's OUR CLUB, everyone who's a member should be able to help in any way they can.
