Every time Humantarget52 deposits EXP the amount needed to reach the next level increases. It's made like that so he can be the only level 30 user.

You peoople seriously never noticed that it went up? I did a couple days after I turned level 10. It's made so there is only one level 30, otherwise everyone would be running around with the golden spear.
