I'm not (only) saying that for Aasha. Mihoshi has always be my favorite.
I think Sasami is the best. She's the sweetest and most helpful and um...um she cooks great.

When I first saw Love Hina...the first episode I was kinda feeling it was copying Tenchi since it was one boy and many girls too...but when I think about it...that's the ONLY similar thing to it. I mean nothing else is quite the same as tenchi...^_^ For one thing tenchi isn't even a little perverted...but that actually takes the fun outta him. Alotta people don't like Tenchi...the boy...not the anime...because he's TOO honorable... See um... no one can actually relate with him like they can with the girls since they actually have very big personalities compared to him. ^_^; Wow... I think I should be Washu and Mihoshi... I sorta am either one or the other...

Yeah, true...Tenchi can't be related with. Hey, I may be "Sword Saint," but I don't have an energy blade!
That said, I'd say the early Keitaro from the Love Hina manga was easier to relate to. A klutz, perv, and a bit of a dolt, but generally well meaning. Of course, no one has his weird kind of luck...or his semi-immortality. XD
....On something completely different, I used to joke that Ryoko was in some way related to Saya-jins. :p
I mean, she flies, shoots energy blasts, has a short, deadly temper, and she has the whole spiked hair thing going....not to mention that tail.

Oh and she teleports too..can't forget that :D And she's SUPER strong...or did you say that? I can't remember... ^_^ SHe's pretty good at getting whereever she wants to go though. She teleports...flies...can ghost through things..... But her teleport only works if going to a place she's been to before.
And she can make energy swords! A useful ability, to be sure.
But they never specifically say what Ryoko was based on/made from. IIRC, she was referred to as a demon in Tenchi Muyo, but she is more specifically a space pirate. Didn't Washu create her in Tenchi Universe, or so she claimed?

She can also read Ryoko's every thought because of the link they have...but Ryoko can't read Washu's mind...but... Ryoko CAN read Ryo-Ohki's mind. ^^ Neat huh? I wonder if someone read Mihoshi's mind what they'd get?
