Hey everyone. I just got back from a college interview for some scholarship and doing my Eagle project (it was a busy weekend). Question: has anyone here had wasabe before? I went to some buffet that had sushi and damn that shit is strong. I almost died from taking too much but once I got used to how much wasabe to use it really complimented the sushi. Anyone else almost die from too much wasabe? Aasha has probably seen some people choke after using wasabe.

I liked it alot (in small amounts of course). I might try going to some sushi bars to try real sushi and wasabi not just some crap at a buffet.

Hmm. There was also this nasty stuff that looked like pink ham slices. Ever try anything of that sort?

I've eaten sushi twice. Hated it both times. Almost threw up from the taste. Not sure what kind of sushi I was eating, but being Scottish my body kinda rejects raw fish. We eat our fish either smoked, or battered and deep-dried. Never tried wasabi with the sushi, because I can't handle spicy foods.

Wow that sounds like a good idea. The reason I choked is because I treated it like ketchup and I use a lot of ketchup. The soy sauce and lemon combo sounds really good. Thanks for the tip.
