Another reason why I have stopped watching Pokemon though to be honest, if the picture does happen in an episode, I'd watch it as it fits pretty well.

I bet the Cubs will win before Ash will.

Either way, knowing how the writers will keep pulling off the same bullshit over and over, there's no reason for me to keep watching. Hell, I gave up years ago after the bullshit with Takuto's legendaries and after hearing about this, I pretty much cringed but not surprised.

Unless they either let Ash win for once or start working on a game that covers the Orange League, the anime series is dead to me.

I may have low opinion of Ash for the past decade but growing up on the series where his adventures gets followed after 2 decades, for once he should have a bone thrown to him...only to watch the writers yanked his chain in the end. And don't give me that "but the series would end" bullcrap, him winning the championship doesn't mean his adventure would end as there are countless ways for it to continue. Either the writers are too stupid to realize that or they just didn't care because they want to troll him and the fans all over again.

Why should anyone keep watching that crap knowing what will happen in the end?

I'd have to give it a serious watch before I really comment on it again. I enjoyed the series, plus the movie, when I first started getting into anime, but I'm not sure how it holds up as I've gotten older. As an action series, tho, I'd say it's pretty decent.

I remember this hamtaro anime that i used to watch back when i was a kid, i used to like it when it first started but after all the awkward plot twists it gets really bad.

I somehow recall every detail about Yu-Gi-Oh's first season and a lot of GX despite it being more than a decade since I watched it. I watched a few episodes of G Gundam and Wing back then as well. And Dragon Ball is a given too.

Fantastic show from beginning to end. It's not even worth listing what aspects of it are great because it's been praised to death by majority of it's viewers since it came out. Seen it three times through, all viewings were completed within 48 hours because I didn't want to stop watching it.

also I'm one of those people that prefer the dub to the Japanese voice cast so feel free to get mad at me if you're a big ol' nerd

Cowboy Bebop is one of the greatest shows of all time.

Anyway, I watched all of Freedom, a miniseries by Kazuhiro Otomo. It was alright, not great. Kinda had my hopes up for that one. I haven't seen a new (to me) anime I'd call better than okay in a long time. I started watching Psycho Pass, which is neat so far. I might even say I quite like it. Still waching more Lupin stuff now and then. I got back into the first (green jacket) series. Restarted from the beginning. There is never enough Lupin.

I added a bunch of stuff to my "plan to watch" on MAL. That way I can look back at it when finding myself looking for something new to watch.

My first anime was Dragon Ball Z, introduced to me by my father. Good ol' Dad used to borrow VHS tapes from a co-worker and we'd watch them together.

First anime I found on my own was probably the stuff on the '03 Adult Swim lineup, mostly what played from 4:00am onward because I would wake up early specifically to watch Lupin III, and then Zoids would come on once it switched back to Cartoon Network.

There are two reasons I should've seen this coming:
1. Labor Day weekend.
2. Last week was One Punch Man's 7th episode.

Unlike other re-run marathons, I actually watched all 7 episodes of One Punch Man. I really enjoyed the extended opening for episode 1.

That's what I like to know as well.

He claims to be 22 but I'm not seeing it.

As for the cult classic anime, I'm not really sure. Cowboy Bebop does comes to mind since it still receives a nice following now and then as well as FLCL which orangebomb really despised for some reason.

For an anime with a cult following but not a classic, Boku no Pico. Granted the reason it has a following was probably due to it being a running joke that people used when recommending something for new anime fans to watch...basically it has a following for the wrong reasons.
