So I decided to start (and stop) watching Tsukihime today. Made it a grand total of two episodes in before the awful writing and dodgy voicework prompted me to eject the disc and toss it across the room.

I liked the game, but fuck, it's strong point was sexans and not plot. Taking out all the titties and replacing it with blood and exposition was a stupid, stupid idea. Only positive marks I can give it is good music and fairly impressive visuals.

Yeah, Urusei Yatsura is tough as shit to find. I lucked out this summer, in Minnesota they had a small book shop, but the owner turned out to be a Takahashi fanatic(pre inu-yasha of course) and he had UY mangas for sale. I gladly bought all that I could.

I watched the first four episodes (the first DVD) of Ergo Proxy.

I'm finding it quite interesting, if a little slow. It's good how it's using some interesting camera angles and cinematic techniques (such as rack focus, wow!) So it's got some good art to it, which is always a plus.

Also, the main character wears way too much eyeliner, and I find it oddly annoying that a show named Ergo Proxy would have the audacity to contain something called the 'cogito virus'.
