so do I, but its only a rumor that its in popups, there are other ways to get it. it searches for computers that are vulnerable to it. I got all the latest anti-virus upgrades last night so I think I'm pretty safe from it

Maybe you should just fill the tank with as many Anime sprites you can find. (The logo) It looks like there's too much space...
There's a couple of things to consider...
1) I'm using a tried and true classic program Paint Shop Pro 3.11 (It's better than PSP 8)
2) I'm not using layers, I'm using the magic wand tool and slicing the sprites and at angles to appeaar as if they are behind the tank.
