I used to be a rabid Inuyasha fanboy, but my love for the series has cooled because of the anime's filler and disappointing ending, as well as the English dub. I still think the manga is kick-awesome.

As for Naruto, I enjoyed the manga thoroughly for about four volumes and I got bored of it, then I got into the anime and was put-off by the filler(once again). I did enjoy a few later episodes, but then I read a bit of the time-skip manga and was intensely disappointed. I did however love Kakashi Gaiden, it was a great side-story.

I really and truly have no preference here, I find them both to be decent but flawed series.

Is anyone here planning on buying the new .Hack// game?

Just rent the game before hand. Play it for yourself, and see if YOU like, not if other people like it. You have to play it, before you judge it.

13 episodes. I've seen anime with 4, 6, 13, and 26 episodes per season. I think the 13 episode seasons are the most common, though.

Now, speaking of Vandread, I finally noticed they're showing it again on Encore WAM. I swear, if this club didn't have the gender restrictions, I'd have changed my character to Hibiki a while back.

Hey, this brings up a point, and anybody who's seen one specific character in the series will know why I ask this. If a character masquerades for the majority of a series as a woman, then is revealed to be a man during say the final few episodes, would a male member be able to choose that character as their representative? Or would that spoil the series for anybody who saw their character?

It's sort of a Serial Experiments Lain lite except set in an MMORPG, you really need to watch an episode in order to decide if it's worth watching, no description can do it justice.

It turned out nicely - that looks just like Ikari. Speaking of which, I've decided that I will not cosplay Shinji Ikari at Ohayocon 7 because I don't have the shoes and I'd rather blow my money on figures and whatever hentai I can find.

I'm ticked, my camera's batteries froze and died because of the windchill, so I have no photos of my costume. But I did have tons of fun and get lots of candy.

Tomorrow will be a fun day for me because I get to assist my mother with her elementary school music classes! Plus, the town she works in has the best pubs on the island, so I'm gonna have a super-fatty dinner tomorrow night.

On an anime-related note, I'm already working on two costumes for next year's two cons(CapeCon and Anoween) and thus far I'm going to do up a male Ranma Saotome and Kankuro for myself. I'll also likely be forced to make costumes for friends too, thank God I've got eight months to make them.

OH THANK GOD FOR [things I cannot mention here]! I just recently got the complete Samurai Champloo OST Collection and most of the Fullmetal Alchemist OST Collection. The FMA one even included the songs by the VAs of various characters as well.

Might try and find some other series but I'm super lazy at the moment and I had to work two shifts today on my day requested off since people don't know how to show up for effin damn work. -_-
