Day 2 of Anime Punch '06 was alright, but still not as good as Ohayocon 6. The Dealers Room opened at a little after 10 am, and everyone poured in. I was hoping to find the other two parts of a three-piece ecchi figurine set (Chun Li from Street Fighter, Mai Shiranui from King of Fighters, and Dizzy from Guilty Gear) but I could only find one and I decided I'm not going into debt unless I can complete the collection.
The cosplay event was a major turnout and I took part in basically the fashion show; I had 15 seconds to do some poses and walk across the stage, and the rest of the night to beat myself up for looking like an idiot. I didn't win, but some new friends of mine did; they put on a One Piece skit with Luffy, Zolo, Usopp, Sanji, Nami, and Alveeda (the fact that only Usopp and Alveeda were played by the correct gender is irrelevant).
There appears to be nothing good or interesting scheduled for today, so I'll spend the day catching up on everything my VCRs recorded over the weekend.
