Exactly. Everyone wins under this new system, and now there's even more of an incentive for us all to help each other out -- Washu included -- because the faster the abusive stuff moves out, the faster *everyone* will get their whistle points and be able to move up the ranks. The new scale makes it possible for anyone to hit the final rank -- which is how it should be.

As for the people who are complaining about losing their whistle levels -- especially those who now have normal whistles -- you probably didn't work too hard to get your original level. So, instead of complaining, get flagging!
