Trivium have one more good album than Atreyu, that might be because Atreyu don't have a good album and Trivium released an album before they sold out...
Trivium i prefer,
they are both good bands,
but trivium have more catchy song, entrance of the conflagration and Detonation and Tread The Floods from their new allbum The Crusade.
but Atreyu have 3 songs i love so much, Ex's and Oh's and Right Side Of The Bed and Bleeding Mascara,
but Trivium are better since all there songs are amazing, and Atreyu's ain't all good

Trivium, well because I haven't heard Atreyu as much as Trivium. I also saw Trivium at a concert with Lamb of God, Gorjira, and Machinehead.

No, neither Trivium or Atreyu have any death metal songs. They are not death metal bands, if you think they are you clearly know very little about metal.

I personalyl don't like Atreyu. They don't sound metal in my opinion, and the singer annoys the fuck out of me. I like Trivium, they're ok I guess, but kind of disappointing. So, Trivium ftw here

Iron Maiden, hair metal?! Hair/glam metal was the poppy stuff like Cinderella, Warrant, Ratt etc. in the 80s. While they may have had big hair at one point, Iron Maiden play Heavy Metal.
Hair Metal bands tended to look like this... :P
The only reason Atreyu is half way decent is cause they have a good guitar player. But other than that atreyu is garbage.

I agree. I listen to trivium for hours in search of talent, but alas im always dissapointed.
Atreyu arent all that either, but theres the occasional gem (although sometimes its so cliché eg. A Vampires Lament)
