If that were the case then most things would suck, because people already enjoy seeing their creations come to life, and don't need fancy graphics to please themselves, since they made it. But, people design things specifically for other people, so lots of detail and effort is important, in making sure other people will like it, including yourself.

Is it possible to incorporate the particle effects that you made in one of your movies into a symbol that can be embedded into a flash timeline and tweened about a movie stage?

I got something that will make it better (IMO):

The one problem I have is that it's hard to read the text since it doesn't keep the first letter on by the time the last letter appears.

SO here's my easy solution: You know like in XIAO XIAO how they like had the slowmo animations have a trail? Do it like that: Select the layer with the drawn text, select all of the frames, copy the frames (rightclick>copy frames), then create a new layer UNDERNEATH, and create a new movieclip. Paste the frames into the movieclip, and put this movieclip on the new layer.

Then move the movieclip one frame later than the first frame of the animation so it echos the animation. Then in the properties panel change the effect to alpha and lower the alpha to something like 50 percent.
