Is anyone else getting fed up that Christmas decorations and advertisements are already making it into stores and media? I started getting pounded with Holiday spending the day before Halloween, and now it's growing by the hour.

I agree with Neg sadly. Yesterday was just an exception because all the moons were lined up and stuff.. but its over now and everyone has instant messengers of some sort so just gather people through that. Thats how I gathered everyone to begin with anyway.

Ugh... X-mas in October makes me want to die. It's so superficial and by the time Christmas comes, those holiday songs on the radio and in stores and at peoples parties make me just want to rip my ears off.

As you get older, most of those things lose their appeal. Take me for example.

Snow = difficulty getting around. Idiot drivers. Mandatory overtime plowing snow.
Presents = You get to the point where give more than get... and can afford the stuff you want anyway.
Food = Means I have to travel for hours to people's houses I only see once a year.
No School = Not in school anymore. Just have to drive to work... and be in the cold all day.
