Saltwater Aquarium Day 2
I didn't realize the price of a high-power, high spectrum light. The cost of the light was $175, which was an arm and a leg... and that was for the cheapest light! In a disgruntled manner, the aquatics store got a chunk of change and I left the store. No more video games for me this month.

Today I am putting in the live sand, which is a sand substrate pulled straight from the ocean that provides bacteria and other goodies. It's pretty cool... the plastic bag ships with sea water in it, yet they stock in store like it's any other product. I bought 20 lbs, hopefully it'll be enough.

Isn't the point of fish that you don't need to take care of them much?

I wouldn't mind having a freshwater tank (I had one, it was great while the fish were still alive), but getting a saltwater tank I think would be a huge pain to constantly check salt levels and such.

Mogly didn't seem to be enjoying your homoerotic antics. To single someone out and insult them is a personal attack and I don't think that's acceptable. You can insult someone with a pm, you don't have to smear it all over the reg thread. im not sure at what point the internets, especially the flash regs lounge, became such serious business. to single someone out with the intention of malice is a personal attack, and is unacceptable. to pick a person at random and mention them in the same statement with penis is hardly a personal attack.

firstly, were it an insult, i would have done it via PM. if im going to make a joke and include someones name in it, it loses MUCH of its charm if i just send them the sarcastic comment. besides, with moggers replying with a comment about four-eyes (though i dont wear glasses. go figure.), i hardly think that constitutes "not enjoying".

Have you ever created an animation for a class project or client/job presentation? I have to whip together the "creation of the calculator" animation for my Algebra Class by the 28th. Heck, it'll be simple -- Just kinda fun. I'm probably gonna submit it to Newgrounds, even though it's probably not needed but oh well. Hah, I remember back in 2005 I created an animation for my 8th grade, Science class called What are atoms? It was pretty fun. Hah. Bad now that I look at it, but heck, I was the coolest kid in class. Everyone was asking me how I made it and stuff. Pretty fun. Ahah.

Is it just me, or do they pick the least intelligent people to go on shows?

People enter the show with 0 dollars lost, 0 dollars won. They have a chance to win $250,000, nothing to lose, but they are willing to risk a 20% chance to win $500,000. So what do they do? They rely on luck to win $500,000... and lose it all... going home with nothing.

I dunno... if it was me, I would run with the quarter million... any thoughts about this insanity?
