Rock BAND!
I got rock band yesterday, and I've mostly just been playing the drums. It's a good thing I play drums otherwise I'd be really fucked when I play it on Expert and Hard. Some songs in the beginning are really easy, but others are just ridiculous. Anyone else have it? It's much better than Guitar Queer-O

Do the Guitar Hero guitars work with Rock Band and vice versa? I heard they don't which is annoying as Rock Band comes with one guitar.

I've asked myself the same thing lot's of times. I think I'd ban more people, I doubt if that would have any effect though... Correct me if I'm wrong but most situations in the Flash forum seem to work out without much mod interference. Plus, you can't ban each dick for being himself.

I'd only really ban people who repetitively screw up. I'd mainly lock/delete threads.

Yeah, they piss me off too. They seem to drop by from time to time, thinking that this forum is similar to the general forum where you're congratulated for flaming.

Havent had be a real issue for a long time but i remember like last year when some mod came in and started banning regular users.. i usually prefer warning people who've given the forum long years of service as opposed to banning em.

Just like absent who in the thread about the Paying for Flash decided that he could come in here and lock that topic. What was that about? I understand why it was locked, but still so random. I like how that thread comes up three or four days after the thread about not posting how to get free Flash goes away.

This forum has it's spammers, it has it's idiots and then the Smart regulars.

General is like that too, granted the idiots out weigh the smart users 100:1 but there are still some very intelligent general users, just because they don't post in the flash forum, doesn't make them stupid, it's just they're hard to find because of the abundance of idiots.

Well they're differnt though. Because they've got their '100:1' dumb to smart user ratio. Where as, here has alot better ratio. Yes they've got their smart users but not like the flash forum does.

I think it has to do with the 'style' of posting. Like in General saying something witty in a post (and just that) can make you look 'smarter', and responding to that by saying "You Sir, are amazing" (Something along those lines, and just that) is also acceptable. As I see it those two posts would both be considered 'spam' in a way in the Flash forum which could get you flamed..

At least that's how it was in the General forum last I checked.. I don't post there anymore <.<
NOTE: That's how I see it, probably not everyone else.. and also correct me if I'm wrong :/

I remember discussing this before. I hate being sick, today I'm sick again. Sore throat - stuffy nose - stomach ache. The usual. Usually, every winter I always get some bad ass sickness that totally makes me feel like shit for about a week, and I miss alot of school.

I really hate missing school though, especially when you have to make up work. That's just annoying. :(

Well in year 1 I know I was bad-ok in English, Suckish at maths, suckish at reading...

year 6... I was top in maths, second top in english (second to my good friend), reading I dunno and science I think I was top/second.

Year 8 (i say year 8 because im only in year 9) I got 7 something in in english, cant remember science and maths was an 8c which is a B. Basically I got the highest maths score in the year.

Now in year 9 we are doing GCSE's for geography next year (year 10)
science this year ebcause we are top group we do it a year early and they decided to skip year 9 science
english i dont know...

We picked our options in year 8 as a new thing so a lot of my classes are with year 10s like geograohy, business studies and such. Music and english and science im with year 9s only thoguh.

Well ive come from almost the worst at all subjects to realy good (well i think its good...) and because of it, me and the other 3 from the top 4 maths scores in this order:

well that was the first paper... I did half the booklet then couldnt focus on it so i just waited an hour (+?) until the test was over...

second paper i did great and i owe to that great maths lasseon before the test I had!

I got all the questions done except one because my compass sucked like hell and it was impossible to use...

I know I got the last question wrong. It was here is the height and stuff of this cone, it is then reshaped into a sphere, find the diameter/permieter (i think it was that)

I was doing so well and then I only realized after the test that I had used the forumla right to work at the area of the cone, I had reversed (basically divided) pi and everything else after but...

The forumal for pi I used was for 2d shapes... im an idiot

Iv never bothered to revise. No point. Its like watching a tv episode and watching it again and again for no damn reason... except for classics like popeye and tom and jerry and stuff... but peple watch stuff one day and rewatch less than a week later... i find that silly...

Cant be bothered to revise because once its in my head... its really dull going over it again... ive only ever revised twice... both times forced

Hmm exactly the same thoughts as me. I figure if i didn't get it the first time around, why should I this time? It's pointless, unless you haven't learnt anything about that area of the subject before.

Yr 6: top levels in all.
Yr 8: Top of the class in everything, basically, Top of year in Maths+Science.
(Im Yr.9 now so no Sats for this yr done yet)
