..::questionable drawings::..

Makes me wonder about how much subliminal advertising we're likely being exposed to on a daily basis.

I heard that marketing companies don't use sub advertising anymore because the youth is so used to quick loading and fast internet and super fast mp3 players and shit that most kids (or maybe even adults) don't have the attention span to have it set in.

That's the most depressing thing I've read all day. How the Hell do you capture someones attention and interest when all their energy is focused on what's coming next...? People need to learn to slow down and appreciate the aesthetics of things.

I love it. Special the 'we care about your boobs' part.

I'm looking to set up another monitor in addition to my current 19" one. Does it matter if I get a 17" one? Will it not be compatible or create navigation/coordination issues?

Doesnt matter, its common for people to get a large monitor as their main screen and a smaller one for their secondary one. i recall stamper has that setup.

yeah the best thing to do is probably just break it apart....or maybe change the text type...

Birthday
It was 9 days ago but I got my sister's old green Toyota Avalon... it's so hardcore. I actually had to pay for it but the birthday present was the insurance and my parents helped me pay for a Canon Rebel Xti.

Dual Monitors
I have an old 17 in Compaq monitor hooked up to my 20 in iMac. It's really useful when I'm working in Photoshop or something because I can have iTunes and Adium on the small monitor while I paint on the larger one in full screen.

Breaking up text in any flash seems to screw it up more. It fills all the o's in some fonts :S.

Stealing?

Is this classed as stealing or is it a different idea to my collab?

Birthdays

There are a lot of birthdays this month, so happy birthday in advance to anyone ;).

Yes. Tell a mod. He's also running another collab on top of that one, even though he's insistant that "It's not a collab", which is shit since he's offering CA to people who do well and he's working with other people to do it.

That guy is a fucking twat.

Tattoo

Yeah, I got a tattoo yesterday. It was really fun! I got to meet some really cool people, and it didn't hurt.

Although, my parents won't let me get any more until I turn 18, lol

[this] is what I got, but i got it colored in red and shaded. Pics will be coming to prove it happened. Next one I'm getting is an Angryfaic. I seem to have the same attraction that everyone else has for him >:C

Neckstrain...
If we're gonna get that why not go look for a 34" monitor.... With that setup the black lines are just distracting.

Depends on how tall it is. Nonetheless, it's still awesome.

A larger monitor'd probably be more expensive :P

I imagine if you're getting 4 monitors... money spent to monitors isn't viewed as wasted =P

But ya it just seems so silly... how many computers support 4 monitors anyway? that's a rape graphics card and a badass computer to even have that many outputs...

Monitors

I'd go 3 horizontal max, four stacked looks crazy, two side by side is enough, and one really isn't that bad...for normal folk.

Haha that's what I thought at first. Anyway, it's not my kind of tattoo at all but it looks pretty cool if you're into that tribal stuff. Just seems a little cliché to me for tattoos, but a lot of people like it I guess.

Well, it's not supposed to... I had to look really hard for that :D

But it's backwards, so it's not a true swastika, but I think it might be an indian symbol for life then.

Regardless, no, it's not. I like Jews.

As for the being tribal, it's a lot less cliche than getting a tribal armband or a tramp stamp. I don't think I've seen a tattoo like this before.
