Adobe After Effects
I'm looking for someone who know Adobe After Effects, Just because i think i will need to know it in college and I would like to see how the animation side of the program works. You dont have to be pro, i just downloaded the trial and stuck how to add layers and nooby stuff like that.

Mainly music I hear. I have about 6 or 7 undone music videos thought up.

Listening to NobodyLikesonions(.com) inspires me as i animate, but inspiring the animation itself just comes from my imagination (when it's working).

Music inspires me the most, sometimes other movies or books or simply stuff I see happening outside. I used to listen to Pandora.com because I'd always come across new songs which would spark me to do something, until they closed it for non U.S. citizens...

Beer Chug

I just attempted to read all that I missed, got bored so read the last 2 pages, Superbad is a great movie.. for some reason I always associate it with Beerfest.

Speaking of Beerfest, I've been working on my beer (from bottle) chug, and I'm down to just over 8 seconds. Which isn't great but meh not to shabby. What's everyone else's chug time.

In the spirit of not discussing illegal activites and incase the feds are watching for us minors by beer we are referring to "non alcholic beer" lol

I don't know about other countries, but here in Canada drinking at any age is perfectly legal if the alcohol is provided by a parent/guardian.

Not here in the states, we get gang banged by a drinking age of 21... nothing really happens though when you get caught in my town at least, they can techniqually book/arrest you but that rarely occurs...

That's not thrue, imagine someone so pro that get bored always talking with noob.Noob are not too noob people that are noob compared to him i mean. So in fact when someone quit, it may be cause he's pissed of of the noobs... I dont think it happen here but meh... I've only gotten DRUNK drunk twice. Both times were bad experiences. No more heavy drinking for me :-|

I've never gotten that drunk and do not intend to.

When I'm out drinking with friends I usually end up binge drinking... unfortunately I don't have any friends where I live so I don't go out anymore. I haven't been drinking much over the past year at all because drinking alone is really, really sad, even for me.

Once you get out of school, just like all your other friends, you got to uni or college, or go to work as tradesmen, or business men or just bum around at home. You don't see your mates everyday anymore so it's awesome to catch up every weekend and hit up the pub or something and get smashed.
So basically, i get drunk like every weekend, even if I have to get up early for work the next morning.
Such a great way to unwind from the shitty week you've just had, or even a great way to top off a good week.
You forget everything else that's on your mind, and you play some games of pool after many a beer.
It's just...the way to go.

Collabs
Is it just me or have many more collabs been popping up lately? :/ It's just suddenly I see 10 brand new collabs.. A little too many for my liking.. And none have really been different either. Just same ol' :/

It's really pissing me off. I think it's also because so many people and their clock movies did so well they have 3.0. Maybe we should do something like have a 3.5 B.A. now necessary. I really hate all these collabs. They really piss me off. I joined 1 in the past like 3 months because I got asked personally from one of the guys I work with a bit, but seriously, there are like 50 of them every week.

If you hate collabs so much, why have you joined in on so many yourself? The whole purpose of collabs is to put together different styles of flash all in one and to eventually have a high quality end result.

Well raising the batting average would probably be a good thing. 3.3-3.5 seeing as getting a ba of 3.0 is kinda easy nowadays.... (maybe it's just me :/) That wouldn't stop all the people from trying to make collabs though. But it might make the collabs that can live better :/

Which also reminds me I've always wanted to lead a collab but I just can't get any good ideas. And knowing myself I *might* drop out of it which wouldn't be a good thing at all << *sigh* who knows.. maybe one day I'll get a nice idea and actually go through with it.. (unlike all unfinished flashes of mine)

the whole 3.0 ba required thing was made up because there were so many collabs that were shitty and going nowhere that they were completely filling up the top of the flash forum, like 15 constant threads. If the collabs are moving and are set up correctly, then I don't think it matters, If they're shit and set up wrong or whatever pm a mod about it if you think it's really wrong.

Drinking

I'd say I'm a lightweight, but I can't even contend, because I've never really been really drunk, or drunk at all for that matter because I don't really drink. My main group of friends aren't really drinkers. I'll drink a bit if there some available, but I've never gotten drunk. That'll probably change on my 19th B-day.

Collabs

There are a staggering amount popping up. The worst is people making multiple collabs on their own (kudos to the mods for catching them). You'd think there'd be less with school starting up now. Hopefully they slow soon.

I've been in 1 recently! I joined that one today. Yoink, just because you're pissed that I said one bad thing in your thread you don't have to go yell at me in every other fucking one. I used to think they were alright when there were like 5 tops or something, but I joined that OHFBFC which ended up having 6 in like 2 weeks, so thats why im in so many. Other than that I'm not in a lot and I just kinda dont like them. Well this is newgrounds. It's a learning experience. Yes I agree that people who get their batting average raised due to clock day should cause the batting average to higher for someone to start a collab. But yea sometimes it's fun to join a collab and put together something that has more than one view in it. I've been using flash since 2000 now. And 2007 was the first time I've ever joined a collab. But I do like to put together solo projects. I'm putting together a solo project right now and it's going well so far. Probably the best animation i've put together in a long time.

Collabs

Been in three.. when I'm out of ideas of what to make I go joing one and end up working on it for a bit. Just to keep me from sitting there with no ideas, for the sefcond time I've been out of ideas I actually want to make so I joined a collab like I did last time. =P

It's odd each part can really be made in a few hours yet it seems to take months upon months for it to finish. So it hangs around on the forums for a while.
Eh I feel like they're completely fine and I don't mind that 3 or 4 answered as questions leave the first page of the BBS go to the second page a lil earlier
