Injuries¬stuff
Well, I can proudly say I'm complete. I have never been hospitalized, had stitches or broke any bones.. I think my worst injury was when i burned my arm with the toster.....
Hating flash tasks
I HATE doing any kind of backgrounds.. but i need to stop my lazyness and so some nice looking ones if i want my flash to go far.. i do them when i'm tired of animating.. i liek to draw the characters a lot.. but i think i hate even more coloring the frame bu frame.. i am also not very fond of lyp-synching..but when i star working on it i get carried out and finish up pretty fast.. now that i think of it.. i love to draw and create stories... but i dont like much the work between them.. i guess that's why i enjoyed making ocmics more.. but making a good llooking web-comic involves coloring.... and i dont liek coloring much either.. it looks like the only think i like is drawing hte characters.. since i cannot say i enjoy much synching the sound.. hehe... about voice acting..i think iots fun..but i am kinda shy so the whole house needs to be empty before i record anything.. and if it isnt i talk low and need to get near the mic..and that's why all my flashes have scratchy sound..! btw..teh laggy text doesnt improve my spellling... You'll think I'm a lazy life-hater now.. but i am not.. i just have been in a lazy mood.. is a bit more weird that the usual lack of motivation..since when i am not on the ocmputer i am thinking about what i need ot animate and what i liek to add..looking forward into doing flahs..but once i turn on the computer an dopen flash..i lose interest..and dont do anything..

I just saw it..it is freakin' awesome! shame they used that 'happy togheter song' i wanted to use it on my flahs >:( now it'll kinde look like a ripoff..i'll use it anyway..i suppose you all discussed this while i was gone anyway..i mean the movie..not the happy together song..
piercings
I got my ears pierced when i was too so there was no pain or after-effect :P boys had bad luck with that... Anyway a piercing at 12.. it sounds young to me.. and 13 doesnt..aww well..

I'm the same way, only it takes me a while to even open Flash. Once I get going though, I'm good for a while.

Backgrounds.

It's so unrewarding, the viewer doesn't take much notice of them - if at all, unless they look like crap. There's something really unsatisfying about knowing that you're aiming to make something that's going to go relativily unnoticed.

I agree on background-hatred.. but i disagree on the going unnoticed.. maybe most details do.. but i have noticed most flashes that have 'awesome artwork' reviews have very good graphics..and well.. stuff in here only does well if it is funny or has good graphics.. that's why i'll stop doing this:

Frustrations

Go ahead and list your current grievances here...I know I'm going to.

1. No one's willing to help out with my collab project and people seem more willing to judge someone's traced turtle in flash than respond to my thread.
2. Our guitarist showed up high to practice. Not a HUGE deal, but it didn't help anything
3. Bands are the most fickle customers when it comes to designs...at least local bands.
4. Super fucking hot in western PA today. Shit air conditioning in this trailer almost gave my family a heat stroke. (And don't tell me its 1000 degrees in Arizona, you people couldn't handle last winters -1000 degree winter).

Guess I should count my blessings too...

1. Our high guitarist spread an amazing amount of his wealth
2. The night finally has cooled me off. Here's hoping tomorrow's not as painful.
3. I've gotten ONE possible helper on my collab mission. Here's hoping he works out.
4. I got registered for classes a few days ago. Figuring all my financial aid works out, I should be ready to go for classes at the end of August.

It seems the .swf loads fine in Firefox, but in IE it just stays on the loading screen...

Another thing, on the message/comment/view pix screen, the buttons dont work when online, however they do locally when I open the .swf on my PC.

any ideas anybody?

Yeah, that's definitely against the ToS. Blocking ads is a big no no in myspace land.

They block links in flash, so you can't like to a web page through flash.

Haha, I'd take 100 degrees in AZ any day over this 90 degrees with 60% humidity. Ugh...

I actually like drawing/animating backgrounds, I don't know why to be honest (maybe because I suck at drawing characters), and I didn't know that many people dislike making them.

That's cool. My grandmother lives there so I go all the time. You're a mile up in altitude so the sun is closer to you and people tan faster.

1. Overbooking myself on projects, I owe people sprites all over the place, i have many projects under me and not enough hours in the day to knock em out. I have faith that i'll get it done though.

Nope, central New York. It's muggy as hell today and I hate the humidity. Having spent most of my life in Arizona, I know about hot, but it's always dry in Arizona. The temperatures may be a fair bit higher than most places but you don't get all sweaty and sticky and gross in the dry Arizona heat.
