Guess Who's Back
Awh, no one cares :[
Let's see here. It's me, Rudy and I'm back for a while. I've been gone for the past week because I experienced alot of problems with my computer. I couldn't access any of my files because my hard drive was corrupted. To back-up my work, I went to a local Circuit City, and paid them about $100 bucks to back up about 10GB worth of information.
It's a shame, they failed at what I asked for them to do. For one the disappointment was pretty extreme to me, from their work and progress.
For one, They told me I'd have to wait about 2-3 days, to get everything done. It took them about over a week. Hm.
For two, I asked them to back-up everything in my picture folder which includes, my Flash Animations, my website layouts, and of course my pictures. What do they back up? They back up all my desktop icons, just pictures, ONE flash file of something totally different, some personal videos, and my document files. That's it. They missed out all my Flash Animations, and my personal photos from my family in which aren't replaceable or in any way, easy to get back, since I restored my computer to it's beginning state.
I'm highly disappointed with the service, I've recieved from the FireDog squad from Circuit City. I've lost many personal files, and I've lost alot of hope. Now I have to rebuild everything I once created, I have to start over from scratch, even though starting over is sometimes a good thing... But everything I once created was on that computer, now it's gone. I depended on Circuit City to back up my important needed files, but they couldn't even do that. For all the patience and time I waited, I wish I could of gotten better service than I received. I'm left with only a few Music Files, and some pictures&videos, left with no Flash Animation Files, which were the first reason why I went to Circuit City in the first place.
If I wanted to just delete them and not care about them, I would of just never even resulted to them. But sadly, I was wrong, I thought I could depend on them..but I couldn't. Eh, oh well. I'm just extremely frustrated with the whole situation. And, Circuit City will hear a complaint. Even if I signed release forms, even If I signed some papers saying THEY AREN'T RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST DATA, I still depended on them and that's all that counts.
I'm pissed off.
