I guess I'll whore about where I live while everyone's on the topic. The one on the left is the best place to take a date after dinner, and the one on the right is probably the best surfing you'll find in San Diego... and it's a nude beach. Of course, there are some pretty strange people on that beach sometimes, and the only way to get down there is via a steep trail along the cliffs.
It's worth it though. The cliffs are really beautiful from below.

I tought it was better to post random pictures of common places of where i live rather that turistic places, i took them from some friends' videos, so the quality is horrible.

Heh, this is more interesting. Seeing photos of peoples roads and such, i mean even the way you paint the roads is completely different from the UK and its just really interesting to get a snapshot of life in a non-tourist place.

Anyway, here is a photo of the common in our town. There are caravans to the right at the bottom because they often have fun-fairs and such.
Some of my town is really old, its got lots of tudor houses which lean over the road and stuff, its cool. But the rest of the town is pretty modern which is also nice.

I live really close to this building, really really close. It's like a minute walk. And theres a courtyard in there that has a tattoo parlour beside and ice cream store, and on Friday my english teacher took us down to the ice cream store (as classes end this week) and we ate ice cream while watching a guy get a tattoo. It was a nice tattoo, heart with vines....

lol, that Tudor house is The Old Weavers pub/restaurant and was built in 1500 A.D. and is one of the oldest buildings in the town, apart from the Cathedral, which built about 600 A.D.

Towns and cities

I live in croydon, london. Its pretty snazzy and very busy.

Heres a pic of central croydon (I live a bit souther) - for all who are behind the times that big red thing is a tram (not train, as many stupid people think), we were the first burough of london to have them :D

While I was looking for pictures, I found this. Its a really, really old photo of the flats next door to my house, which used to be a gym for the East India Company. Whats really odd, is that photo musta been taken from my back garden, as its the only place you can see the building from that angle (those trees arent there anymore, got new ones :D ).

And justa show off, my house is worth £500,000 - almost a million dollars. :D

Anyways, my parents bought the house for only £80,000 (the guy who owned it before us couldn't keep up with his mortgage, so it got taken away and sold for virtually nothing), so gunna make a hell of a profit when its sold.

From what I've seen of conversion rates lately, it's probably quite a bit over a million. I remember when it was something like 70p to the dollar, but it seems to have dropped below 50.

Oh yeah, that pic is Pickering Village which is oddly located in Ajax which is beside Pickering, which all of this is pretty much a fancy term for the suburbs of Toronto.

My picture was from Westport, Connecticut. I'll post more of the surrounding area when I get a chance.

The picture your using for your sig is one of my favorite images from that game. I have a poster of that and I would constantly get shit for it in the dorms. But some people are just lame. BAH! I hate mindless Bush bashing. Their money may be "worth" more but everything there cost respectively more money. But yea, we have a acquired a nice national debt but that was there far before Bush came about.

Regardless, Britain is one of the few countries that can claim their money is worth more than ours. The Euro MAY be worth more, but it is also worth much less than the pound and that is why the British refused to use it, it would make their money worth less. But currency exchange is very awkward. Japan is one of the wealthiest nations and one dollar is worth about 124 yen.

I feel like I live in a very awkward part of Jersey where nothing is too far away. I live in a somewhat traditional suburban area that is very close to a major highway. On the other side of that highway there are some very expensive houses(I'm talking multi-million dollar, just down the street are houses that go for over a million). Before you can get there you need to pass a farm on the end of my street(there is one on either end) and a Starbucks on the highway. There are five different lake communities in my town and the center of town has a somewhat traditional economic center(with another Starbucks). There are also various major highways that come through my town including: 80, 10, and 46. There is also a train station. In the surrounding towns there are very varied places that include: urban areas, farms, backwoods, lakes communities, a community college, public parks, revolutionary war sites, and a very large military facility that predates the civil war. I'm nearly directly in center of Northern New Jersey(specifically, Denville in Morris County). If you travel directly east you can get to New York City in less than hour(depending on traffic). If you go directly west you'll get to Pennsylvania in about the same time. If you go southeast you'll get to the famous Jersey Shore. That is where I go to school, and it's a little over an hour to get there.

I couldn't think of anything all to interesting around where I actually live, or at least nothing that exemplifies the widely varied area. I did find a decent picture of the back of my English building at school though. It is an old mansion and the picture doesn't do it very much justice.

That's almost anywhere in Jersey. I live in Hamilton/Trenton now and I'm only 30 minutes from Philly, 35 minutes from the shore and a 40 minute trainride into NYC.

Not always a bad thing.. smash bros melee has 3 versions. each fixing bugs
DoA 2 has... i think 6 or 7... Each updating with more characters, levels and music.. though V1-V1.1 difference is they made it more real than anime ...

As for flashes.. not always nesesery, but there are people who ever do it.. theres a maddness scene screator thign that has abotu 7 different versions, al the same and al shit.

Well im back home finally. Heres some pics from the town I was staying at, well where i usually stay at when I'm trying to get the fuck out of the city.
Its called francis creek its like an hour from Milwaukee and about 20 mins from Green bay.

I found this photo humorous.. its this run down barn for sale.. youre buying the barn which is on its last days, and you have to take it down yourself. thats what the sign says.

'Barn 4 sale, you take down' and the sign next to it says no dumping i think.... i wonder how much it costs?

Home sweet home

Back to more familiar territory. Drivina back from the airport when i took this.. Its hot as shit over here right now.. air quality is dangerous. Springfield only 1/4th mile away tho. Its kind of interesting how different the color palettes of northern virginia and wisonsin are. Its really apparent in those two pictures. the only lush greens are from the high way signs..
