Sleep
I've had troubles sleeping too lately (I'm putting it down to a combination of the heat and staying in bed till half past noon), and Snoxie's thing about how annoying it is wasting time getting to sleep is pretty accurate. The most annoying bit is when you have exams or something early the next day, because you know that every five minutes you're spending awake are going to have a negative impact on how well you do (the only way I've found to counteract this is to drink a shitload of coffee the next morning, but that has its own consequences such as realising how badly you need a wee five minutes into four hours worth of sitting down). The worst part about it is that the more you think about how badly you need to get to sleep, the more annoyed or nervous you become, which means the more your heart rate and junk increase and as an end result the harder it actually is to sleep.
Actually, the other day I got so irritated about now being able to sleep that I decided to starve conciousness out of my body. I put the kettle on (about one in the morning), took three cups of pretty strong stuff up to my bed and played a full run of Pandemonium 2. Eventually my body blinked first and I got some shut-eye about five in the morning, shortly after destroying the giant Buddha XD No problems the following night, though.
The real thing is to get sleeping patterns in order. Got to start getting up earlier in the mornings and junk.
