IMO, you shouldn't be harsh to noobs. I agree that game wasn't good, but I think he PMed you because you said it was shitty. Being the noob he is he'll come up with a bad insult which he shouldn't of said. I don't really get why you seem angry about him saying that though, you may have better capabilities and skills then he has at the moment but it'd be better just to keep it cool and not say anything mean. Be intellectual but still get your point through, or something like that.

Well, I wasn't considering cheating for sex. In fact, I'm not sure why I included that, especially since I didn't mention anything about the fact that it's 2 weeks just to see her, but we're waiting another 2 months for sex so we don't fuck things up at work.

I should also include that I wasn't thinking about cheating.

I mean, I've had my share of relationships and my fair share of relationshits, but nothing like this.

I've had girlfriends that I have never told I loved them (seeing as how I think 'love' is not a word to just be thrown around).

Lindsey (my gf) and I have told each other pretty much everything that you would never tell anyone else. On top of that, when I met her (I was playing the Impossible Quiz, she came over and started playing with me), I felt like I had known her for years. She gives me that giddy feeling whenever I see her, and she is one of the only people who can get me to let my guard down. On top of that, she's hot and she's basically me without a penis, which is equally as hot as physical attraction.

So by "serious", I don't mean that it'll be like TimFromeyer and Nounouille, but it's definitely not one of those "go out for a month, hook-up, then break up and move on" deals. This is some serious shit.

I've yet to have one in my fourteen years and I don't plan on it for at least the next 3. To tell you the truth, I don't think I could take any more time out of my day to do stuff with anyone.

I disagree. Many of the leaders drop out, but that doesn't mean that we have to change the standards. I think people need to just change the way they look at being on a "team". They, the leaders and the people in the collab, need to take it more seriously.

Stay in the relationship

I once took a break with a girl because i was getting tired of staying with the same girl all the time, so we took a break. I hooked up with other girls during that break but i realized that it wasn't the same, it really wasn't. It might sound gay but i missed the connection that i shared with my gf and wanted more than just physical relationships. I'm still trying to regain my trust not only from her but within myself. So trust me stay in the relationship because if you actually love her then the lust you have for the other will pass and your gf will still be at your side.

Collabs

Didn't we just discuss this, like, a page ago? =\

Collabs should be original, in my opinion, most of them are rip-offs that we've seen dozons of times before... "Yay, have a character lip sync to some cruddy song that I like, woo!" or "there is a game/movie/anime/TV show/style of something/some other shit that I like, lets all make short clips about that!"

I think it's up to the collab starter to bring some fucking new element into it! Else we are doomed to crappy collabs flooding the forum. Boy, I can't wait for summer when all the kids are off of school and starting their own collabs.

The 5 Shades of ____ was a great collab idea and one of the first that I was aware of. It had people thinking not only about how to best utilize the limited color palette but also about fiting into a specific theme. That, and they democratically voted on who could be included. So there weren't a lot (if any) crappy parts. People need to start thinking about what they really want to achieve before starting collab after collab of the same old shit.

I agree. Connection and dependance are more important than you may realize now. Sure, a fuck or two in there isn't going to hurt, but after all it's just a sex. If you "fucking love her" then it's little sacrifice to have a platonic relationship with someone else and keep those urges to yourself. It's a lot easier being friends with a girl than you might think, even with bottled up lust.

I may not know much, I may not even be at the least helpful to you, but I'll try. I've been in various relationships in the past, Luis knows and he can't stand it. I used to have an urge for affection from girls actually. Everytime a new girl came around, I always seems to revolve my world around them which was horrible. I actually wasn't around for my friends due to my affections for women. I was a whore.

I have changed and learned from my mistakes, yet I have lost a few friends in the process -- but than again that's what makes me a better person. Like they say, You learn from your mistakes. Or you may be like one of those idiots that don't learn about anything what so ever. :/

My honest advice is for you to stay with your girlfriend. I may be stupid for saying this, but if you state you may actually "love" her than keep it going. If you honestly love someone, you wouldn't ever have second thought on breaking up with the girl. Yeah, love isn't perfect -- it takes time. You just have to work at it.

If you're experiencing some further feelings towards another girl, that you crushed on in the beginning of the year than try to settle that on your own. We can't do much about that, usually to stop emotions you should stop talking to the girl or maybe take a step back beforehand. It's hard, I know it is. I've shared feelings towards another girl, as I was with another.

I may seem like an annoying 15 year old kid, that you may say "oh you don't know shit, you're so young." Besides, that whether my age matters or not, I'm just trying to help.

If you truely love her, than your heart will decide to be with her or not. It's your decision, we can't do much but support you with your options.

So, I've been recently organizing a collab called "The Apocalypse Collab " And I've been letting various artists enter at their own risk of either being rejected due to lack of quality, or accepted due to excellent work/progress. Of course this collab only took it's first breath on Newgrounds yesterday, and dramatically gained responses of various artists joining. It's looking good so far, still interested in more known artists. Okay, back to the subject.

I recently got a PM from a kid named "Squidly" saying:
"Can I join you're collab, I can't post right now."

I respond saying:
"Yes, of course you may. If you provide some examples of your work that I may see?"

The discussion continued and he sent me some crappy examples games. Like this: GSGJSIGJ -- Which was blammed, than I respond being polite saying you can take a shot at it saying "you may enter just keep your work smooth and nice."

I asked him to keep my updated, and than he randomly sends me a PM saying:
"For the fucking last time, I QUIT!"

I was offended by this, since this was the first PM I got saying, "I quit blah blah blah" So I respond once more.

Honestly, that's the first time you've told me. It's the first PM I got saying it. No need to use abusive language. :[

Internet Mentality
The "net" (as I call it), really is a two-sided coin, often, as jmtb pointed out everything descends into pointless bickering and "flaming" (as I say). On the other side though, it is home to large-scale collaborative projects, free information and resources, and lots of very altruistic people. The nice thing about it, is that, by its nature, the good-hearted useful things rise to the top while the useless are lost in the masses...while those things that only interest a small segment get pushed to places where those interested can find them and those un-interested can avoid them...it's a beautiful economy and certainly the good outweighs the bad in my opinion (or IMO as I abbreviate it)

Meh. I won't get a straight answer from you regardless. BMK is making sense. I even said I don't know what the fuck I said I was sick of jerking off (which is true), but it really doesn't affect the relationship. I'm pretty sur I'm just sick of jerking off in general.

Anyways, I think I'm just going to end up keeping things platonic with the other girl, like BMK said. That way I get the benefits of a fried without fucking up my relationship.

I wish life was like in the comics or Zelda, random events of sorrow so we could all just take time from our average day and kick some ass. The problem is once you've settled down you know already whats going to happen. Your melancholy could be the result of depression. Depression is very real, it's not just being emo. I don't know how deeply you're feeling it, obviously, and at your age taking anti-depressants could be dangerous and side effects can be a total bitch, but you still might want to see someone about it, even if it's just to talk. Depression is just a chemical imbalance and often comes out of nowhere for no reason. Living life with it is no fun.
