Depending on how many people we have, some people may not get a team. Cause we may have extra artists, but we are ranking people and teaming people up according to experience and talent the best we can while still keeping it interesting.

I've applied Faux finish with paint to various materials to make them look like wood. I'd suggest looking up techniques to do it with actual paint and you should be able to apply them to any medium.

I'm torn. I have relatives from both countries, who take this very seriously. Still, I'm happy for España. They've had some very crushing defeats in the past. It is my most sincere hope that they don't choke against die Niederländer.

Netherlands will slaughter Spain. They've been so lucky throughout the tournament, but that's not saying they're a bad team. I just think they're a better team than Spain.

It depends on your style and what you're trying to accomplish. If you need it for a background for a game, I'd say go for it, but if you're animating something then I'd advise against using textures. It's easy enough to make your own, decent-looking wood.

I donno that's what I thought going into the Germany v Spain game. At this point I think anything could happen really. Both teams are solid all around, and they were in different groups, playing different teams.

Yeah, I agree Sam. I'm pretty sure the Dutch will regulate...I just hope the Spanish don't give it to them easily. The Spanish relatives practically get suicidal when they choke. They start cranking up Portuguese fado musica, drink heavily, and run up my phone bill to an unacceptable level, telling me how worthless at everything they are. It hurts me to hear them carry on like that.

I mean, bloody hell, the US loses all the time. :)

I found it nice simple fun - an exploring game which demands little hard thinking. Interesting little story, but nothing highly engaging sadly.
I didn't find the exploring annoying, although I would understand that some people may. Still, faded areas of path normally show the way, so there is rarely any need to go hunting every corner of the unknown for that missing secret (there's a joke in there somewhere).

I figure you didn't want a full-blown review, so I'll just leave it here: fun game, but nothing too memorable.

The face colour,

Is it really grey, does it look like i chose light grey to dark grey for the radial colour?
Or, does it look more skin colour in the middle and darker grey on the outside?

I've got it up on one monitor, and then when i exported to view it as a png on the other, the colour of the face was extremely grey. Obviously my monitors have different colour, but I dunno which one is worse.
