I think, hands-down, the best conversation I've heard between a Priest and an Archeologist went like this:

Arch: "We believe we've found the human remains of Jesus. I used to love Rubik's cubes. I still have mine and last time I checked I can manage to solve in about 50 seconds at best, it'd probably take above a minute now though.

Geezers like myself know all about religion. I was almost thrown out of school for writing a poem about a guy. I never said I wanted to screw him or anything, but it was deemed to be inappropriate by the management. Aren't they just peaches? Religion helps some, and hinders others. That's all. The whole debate is really barely important at the end of the day.

Flash is really quite helpful for school:

1) Teachers are easily amazed by even the simplest of Flash games. As long as it is relevant to the course, I am pretty much guaranteed an "A" if I make something in Flash for a school project.
2) I make Flash tools and distribute them to people in my school to make everything easier. (e.g. Citation Builder, Basic Graphing Program, Formula Program, etc.)

So, what have you guys used Flash for that was useful out in the "real world"?

I used flash to animate a psych assignment in highschool, it was super bad but the teacher was still very impressed, I'm pretty sure I got an A on the assignment. So yea definitely agree teachers love flash no matter what.
