I have found soooo many AS3 tutorials. I think there are actually a comparable amount now that Flash is being used to develop so much content nowadays.

I used youtube to look up a tutorial on how to use a washing machine. I felt dumb but it worked.

It all depends on what you are making and how organized you want to be. There is also a fine line between being organized and being inefficient. You have to balance your efficiency and organization when it comes to classes, otherwise it'll be too hard to coordinate all of your classes.
