Whenever ya make original work it's automatically copyrighted - however its a real good idea to copyright your work if ya plan to keep it up and don't want to risk nothin'.
It's real easy too, to copyright. I have to copyright my poetry book too soon.

Warning. Massive Assassins Creed 2 spoiler in that link. It's the end credits and end cutscene to the game. But about four minutes into it, a friend alerted me to this...
Which part of AC2 I wonder?

I don't get it D: Why do you say papervision, unless you're being sarcastic. A lot of games use Flash nowadays, for 2D parts.. I think GTA4 used flash for the internet cafe fake internet pages :p

Crysis used it for all the HUDs/Menus.
And I always thought those other companies ever incorporated Flash into their games...
Flash was originally created for UI so i wouldn't be surprised at all

Where did you read this? The original Flash (aka FutureSplash) was simply created for vector animations. [source]
http://www.scaleform.com/products/gfx
This is one of the most used middleware products out there for professional games nowadays.
Like, every game under the sun uses it, sorta like havok physics.

Those animations were for Websites, aka UI. Animation doesn't have to mean Adam Phillips animation or game animations specifically for entertainment. it is simply moving text around as well, instead of using Java or javascript
Speaking of scaleform, "Glaielform" is coming out pretty good so far
testing on a Super Meat Boy sprite
590 FPS
It's not completely optimized though, I'm sure I can get this to run at 700 in vector mode or 2000+ in bitmap mode

Yes, but flash being used on a UI and flash integrating the options to create UIs are to completely different things. Perhaps in the beginning it could have supplied the graphics to create UIs, but then you just as easily have said that Photoshop was created for User Interfaces as well.

I agree they are different, I should have been more specific. I still have to say though, animated text or moving images on a website enhance the interactivity of the website, in my opinion. The animations would be created FOR the website, not AS CONTENT like the Flash Portal here. So I still consider it to be a UI tool.
Photoshop's first purpose was to edit photographs, not enhance websites.
In my spare time during Physics yesterday, i made a code that's very very hard to break i think.
read about it here. i call it the fibonacci dictionary code.
Sig made by me
Once again i'm falling down a mountain like a metaphor
Here ends another post by the grand master of all things: fluffkomix
Also, I do see your point about Photoshop being used to create graphics like Flash for website development, but Flash was created to make the animations for websites. Photoshop was created to edit photos but not because of websites or UI, just to make editions to photographs that were otherwise not easy to obtain in the darkroom.

Here's a code that's harder to break
Assuming the string is just an ordered set of bytes
Split the string into 2 equal segments
XOR the 2 segments together, replace the second
concatenate the second in front of the first
reverse the sequence (bitwise)
bit shift with rotate the ENTIRE sequence 13 bits to the left [i.e. first 13 bits become the last 13 bits
XOR each byte with a new byte based on the number in the sequence (byte to XOR = (pos*7)%256)
repeat the previous steps N times, N being the length of the sequence.
now, take the sequence of bytes and split each byte into 2 4-bit sequences and output in hex.

While animated text and images may have been aesthetically pleasing, until the introduction of actionscript they weren't able to be interactive without an outside code making it such. Although, I think the way that the web community used it in it's early days definitely gave it the promise for one day self integrating user interfaces. It may have not been the developers original intentions, but now that I think of it, people have been trying to use flash in UIs since it came out.
And I agree, my photoshop example was a little invalid.
is this a forum where someone can give me a little advice on the flash 8
Mike you're a dick, haha
Is there any AS guys left to give me a hand on making a game?

to make a game taype this into the actions panel :
makeAwesomeGame()
or for an animation:
makeAwesomeAnimation()
he just asked for advice. He didn't ask you how to code a game. So why are you being such an asshole?

By looking at those blobs do you look and say "oh that looks like water" ?
It looks like water, though typically the reflections in water are darker than their surroundings. Also, water has specular highlights and it's own shading/shadow. Watch the beginning of Waterlollies and you may see what I'm talking about.
