Cave of Wonders looks great, only had a chance to fight the first boss (TAKE THAT LUIS) so far because friends were round and can't really be bothered to play right now but it was funjoyable so far :)

Not saying that guys are totally great drinkers but when I was younger I knew quite a few lasses that completely failed at the whole drinking thing, though most "grew up" when they hit 18 as if being 18 made them totally awesome at not throwing up into buckets an hour into a party.

Just been playing Aion (an MMORPG), it's in open beta and I like to play games for free.. it's so.. MMORPG-ish. Why don't any MMORPGs do something different? I guess because it's such a big money thing, if you do something new and it goes wrong you're fucked so if you can do something that is tried and tested at least you can try to deliver an interesting experience through the story or whatever.. but I don't really give a crap about that, too fantasy for me.. all faeries and other worlds and magic and such.

Anyway, I will show the Closure gameplay vid to my friends.. I've been whoring it out to them recently and it won't hurt to whore it some mhore.

My ICT: Applied Digital class sucks.

The course description said it was learning how to utilize flash and dreamweaver to create websites, but according to him, the curriculum consists of learning to type, using MS office and learning about computer parts.

Also the teacher is an idiot. i wasn't really listening to his conversation but when i DID tune in, i heard him say exactly this: "or instead of getting the high-end RAM, you can get a small RAM that doesn't do much such as 8 gigs."

i can find ten holes in every sentence he makes. "we'll get into copyright and why it's illegal to download anything." it's not illegal to download, just distribute or make money DAMMIT.

i hate this guy. i applied for this class to learn how to program, not to learn how to type. i should've applied for digital media.

also in my animation class i'm the best animator in it.

Actually it is illegal to download copyright material such as an MP3 file of a copyright song. It's not such a big deal unless you are distributing it, i.e. you are much more likely to get fined if you do so, but it's still illegal. If you use a bittorrent program to download copyright material technically you're distributing it anyway. Not that it's a different crime, I'm just saying.

However you're Canadian and I'm pretty sure Canadas copyright laws were incredibly lax up until a few years ago so I might be a bit mistaken, but in the UK it's illegal to download copyright stuff.

yea last i checked, we pay a small fee on our blank CDs so that way we can download songs and movies and stuff free. not too sure about software but in Canada, downloading is generally A-OK
