I got an idea for a funnish collab that has the potential to go horribly, horribly wrong. It would probably only work if hosted by a mod since quite a few people would be needed to do it. A game collab. You have people taking a maximum of 2 parts lets say and each part consists of 1 part of the game.

For instance if it was an overhead game: 1 person could do the movement and the interaction, someone else could do the battle system and the experience system, someone else could do the character animation and so on so forth.

What do you guys think. It would be quite hard to do but it has the potential to be successful. Flame if you want it just came to me as I was typing. Also it might not work due to AS3 and AS2 conflicting?

Tommatttoooomooox? It's been tried before, and WAS hosted by a mod. We're not really sure what's going on with it at the moment. I think it's been either withheld or has turned into a somewhat two or three person project. There are a lot of issues with it. Luis then again, brought up the idea like a week or so ago, just look in the past 10 - 20 pages. The idea was genius, it wasn't like each person just takes the part and leader tells what to do, but instead, each person does their part [audio, art, as] in their own way, and then you just combine them in the end. It's also been done with lots of minigames, like jmtb02's Four Second ____ Collabs. But there are too many issues to really have it work, unless you do it the way Luis proposed.

Yeah it'd be cool if the SFB did post more. It'd be cool if all the affiliates and people like Tom and Mike posted more tbh. They obviously know Flash inside out (not that some people here don't too) so it'd be cool if they shared some knowledge & tips etc now and again.
