The current LVL 30's will become 60s and whatever lvl your exp falls under after the new layout is unveiled and 100,000 13 year olds orgasm in unison you will be at what ever level
Only High LVL 9 and above will be affected right wa but yes the level shift will make it easier to level up after hitting 9

Agreed. I'm really excited for the new layout to come (I've been trying to maintain patience), but I don't really mind the current level icons. I just hope there aren't too many shitty ones in the new batch.
