no, not with me. because windows has to install the font, not just extract it. it DoES appear in the folder, but it cannot be used, or atleast not by me.

I want it to say my name (Noe3) with a font where all the letters are in uppercase but the one's that should be upper case are a little bigger than the other letters, and a bluish color scheme

No. A simple font file rotting on your desktop will do nothing you need to drag and drop it into "C:\WINDOWS\Fonts."

When you download a font, open the folder it's in, press "extract all files" on the left and choose C:/WINDOWS\fonts, and it should work.

I like the new sig. It looks like you have improved a lot since your original work. Your text could use a little help, as Mad-Cow pointed out, but other than that it's not bad. It looks like you played around with a couple different things. It'll be good to see you get better as you go along.
