Nice work man. I like the gradient in the text. I think it might have looked better with a boarder, 1-2 pixels thick and 1-2 pixels into the image in a light, slightly transparent colour. Something like this (but neater):

Kinda hard for me to do that, i only use a program online (http://apps.pixlr.com/express/) and it doesn't feature many advanced techniques like doing my own border, i only have a predetermined set of borders that i can use.

Any program that you advise on using? Free if possible.

I use the rectangle tool and in the case of this sig I'd have the rectangle on it's own layer inbetween a layer with the text and goat and the background layer. Do you know how to use layers? If not watch This Tutorial.

Don't really know how to mess with layers but i'll check that video out when i have the time.
I went and added the sticker on top of the old one so it would be over the lines.

If anyone has some time on their hands, I'm in need of a new sig. The one I'm using now is kinda bland, simple, and ugly. I still want "larry4nachos2015!" on it, but you can do whatever for the background.

I'm not so sure about how this looks but i made 2, see if any of them is what you're looking for.

EDIT: Added the "transparent" background image to see if it fits with the pattern.
